Description of Work: We used M&C to install a new roof several years ago, but there was a problem, they forgot to install the flashing which caused a leak in the house, however after the damage they came in to fix the flashing, but did not repair our ceiling. Recently we had the same leak which caused more damage, as well as damage to our neighbor (connecting roof), and as it turned out, it was the flashing. We tried to get in contact with M&C to no avail, found them on Angies, and called. BTWN my neighbor and us leaving messages, we finally got a call, then weeks later a visit, promising to return the following week to do the repairs, and nothing. Maybe because we are in Brooklyn and they are based in Plainview, but then don't waste our time - on to the next!
