I made the mistake of giving business to someone who knocked on my door. Thank God I gave them a credit card that I closed. They don't make arrangements ahead of time and let you know when they are coming, less than 12 hours notice. One time they came and broke a brand new flag holder. Another time, doubt they even did the circumference of the house, nothing was touched (again, if I had more notice, might have been able to move things myself) When I got notice last night they were coming today (middle of winter with a blizzard on they way, I called to reschedule for May. I was told because I was a "new" customer, I was not given that flexability. My response was, being treated like that, will not become an "old" customer. They obviously didn't care. Best way to control them to not come is not pay your bill. When I asked to have more than 12 hours notice, was hung up on.

They were professional, punctual and explained everything to me and the prices were competitive but they did not deal with termites; they only dealt with bugs and pests. I wanted a termite division and they did not have it so I was not interested in using Green Pest Services.

They would let me know they were coming and tell me they I did not need to be home. Excellent service. Dealing with them is wonderful. Wonderful to hire.
