We always cleaned the gutters ourselves, but after reviewing the comments on Angie's List we decided to give Big Brother a try. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. Two men arrived on time and finished the job in 1 hour. Not only did they clean all gutters, but they left my property spotless. They were neat, professional, friendly and very resonably priced. I will definately use them again and refer them to family and friends.

They are reasonable. They are very responsive. I could not find anybody to do the cleaning so the first time I called them, I checked them out of Angies List and they came right away and they were very good.

A two-man crew did the work. Our 2-story house has a hip roof so there are gutters and leaders on all sides plus along the front porch making the the work greater than on a typical 2-story gable roof house. The gutters have plastic screens (which is the most cost-effective solution for preventing leaves from clogging the leaders). The workers first scooped up accumulated debris that was sitting on the screens and then used a blower to clear the gutters of smaller particles that had worked their way past the screens. All the debris was put in a plastic bag. Then the workers hand-cleaned the exterior surfaces of the gutters and leaders, including the underside of the gutters using a spray-on cleaner-degreaser and cloth rags. The cleaner did not require hosing down the gutters/leaders. Finally they cleaned two skylights of grime. Job time was 4 hours and the premises were left clean. The workers were punctual, courteous and cheerful. They put their "nose to the grindstone" and did a professional and thorough job resulting in much improved "curb appeal" of the house exterior.

Went well. They arrived on time, and completed it quickly. Based on the weight of the bag if stuff from the gutters, they collected a lot of tree droppings.

An appointment to have our gutters cleaned was made through email after seeing their excellent recommendations on Angie's List. They responded promptly by email first and followed up with a phone call to quote a price and get our address and directions. They said workers would arrive between 11am and 12 noon and they arrived on time, at 11:45. Our home is a two story colonial with attached sunroom, all having gutters that have not been cleaned in three years. Two workers, Marvin and Chris, were polite and professional. They used two large ladders to access the roof on both levels. One worked in front the other at back. Some of the gutters have screen covers which needed to be removed using a battery powered screw-driver. They put the discarded debris in a black trash bag and left it curbside to be picked up. All work was completed leaving the house and property clean. Within one hour they were finished. Total charge was $85 for the gutters, $15 extra for the screens, with tax for a total of $108.63. We were very happy with their service and would call them again for gutter cleaning. They do provide other cleaning services and we would not hesitate to call them.

House was built in 2006. The gutters gradually accumulated dirt, grime, and stains on the exterior surface from environmental conditions. It was becoming noticeable and unsightly. I've been very pleased with Big Brother for their regular Fall and Spring leaf and dirt removal from the inside of the gutters. Since they also do other exterior house cleaning, I decided to have them clean the gutter exterior. In a word: GREAT JOB. The gutters were cleaned by hand, not pressure washed, using a cleaning agent and rags that removed the grime but did not remove the white finish or the sheen. They now look like new. What a difference it makes to the appearance of the house! Two technicians did the job which took about 3 hours on a 2600 sq.ft. 2-story with a 3-car garage. I thought the cost was very reasonable given that it was done by hand on both front and underside surfaces. The workers were on time, courteous, cheerful, neat, responded to comments and questions, and cleaned up thoroughly. I couldn't be more pleased.

The workers used two different solutions to remove the moss and dirt from roof with power wash. The roof looked like new. Wished I had done this sooner. The workers were careful to remove items, such as flower pots, from the solution spray being used. They then sprayed down the plant area with plain water. I couldn't stop telling them how pleased I was with the work. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

The service price was as quoted on the phone. I never used a gutter cleaner before. I'm so glad that I found Big Brother Cleaning Inc. through Angie's List. My experience with them is most favorable.

Workers used a ladder against my roof gutters without padding. I was worried it would bend/damage the gutter so asked them to use a protector, which they did. The second worker was on the roof using a leaf blower to clean and the debris ended up on my fences which I had to manually clean from top to bottom with a rag.

They did a good job and I was satisified.

Excellent. My gutters have vinyl screens. They hand removed all debris that came off trees that was sitting on the screens, used a blower to clean off screens and move small particles in the gutters down the leaders, and where necessary removed and reattached screens to clean out larger debris and unclogged several leaders. The two workers were punctual, energetic, cheerful, cooperative, efficient and professional. The work was done was done to my complete satisfaction.

They told me that everything was cleaned out and I think they did a great job. They get up on the roof and blow all of the gunk in the gutters down the downspout. I have a 13 year old and a 10 year so there were nerf bullets and balls in there as well. He emptied everything out for me. Things went quickly and he did not drag out the project.

Responded promptly. Arrived on time. Cleaned my gutters and went the exrta mile by removing an animal carcass off the roof.

I called on 7/7 to schedule the cleaning. I was given an estimate of $45-$50. We scheduled for 7/9 after 12:30. They arrived around 3PM. 2 man crew got right to work, bagged all debris, blew dry the gutters, tested that all downspouts were clear and cleaned up any debris that had blown on ground or vehicles parked in driveway. They were efficient & quick.

It went well. I was not home when they did the work, but was just arriving as I left. A bill for the work was left in the mailbox.

Excellent. When I first called to arrange the service I spoke to a very courteous secretary to get a price estimate. It was $75 plus $20 if screening needed removel. Given the size of the house, it seemed reasonable so I set up the appointment. Because of rain, she called that day to apologize that the workers could not do the job in the rain, so we rescheduled. She gave me a time window period and the workers arrived right on time (in fact, about 5 minutes earlier). They immediately confirmed the price, we reviewed what needed to be done and they went right to work. They didn't mind my "supervising" to make sure they got to all the gutturs since some of them might be overlooked due to various angles on the house. They were careful and thorough and were prepared with a cordless drill and proper bit to remove/replace the hold-down screws on the screening. They cleaned up perfectly including reattaching and rewinding 100' of hose on the reel. I paid by check and received a computer-printed invoice which had my name/address and a summary of work requested -- very businesslike

Very well. The person at home at the time of the service said they were very fast getting the work done and took only about 30 min for a 2 story house. There was 3 years of debris in the gutters. Plants up to 3 feet tall were growing within them.

I was satisfied and would call them in the future.

I LIKED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TO GET ON THE ROOF TO DO ANY OF THE WORK. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB CLEANING THEM OUT, SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE PRETTY EASY TO WORK WITH.

I CALLED THEM OUT OF THE BLUE, THEY CAME, CLEANED AND REPAIRED MY DOWNSPOUT. THE OFFICE PERSONEL WAS POLITE AND MADE APPOINTMENT FOR TWO DAYS LATER. I WILL HAVE THIS COMPANY CLEAN MY GUTTERS EVERY YEAR.
