We have been using All County Pest Control for 12 years and we have happily watched their business grow. They hire and train their staff to provide excellent service. Description of Work: We had a contract with another company for termite inspections. All County bought the other company and so they became our company. They inspected our house for termites in the spring and said that everything was fine. However, we noticed that we had mud tunnels in the basement in August. All County came to our house on August 17th and confirmed that we had termites. We made an appointment for them to come and treat the problem. On the day of the appointment, All County called us and cancelled because their technician was ill. (They only have 1 technician?) They couldn't come until a week later. I decided to get 2 other opinions from well known termite control companies. Both companies said that the termites had been in the basement for at least 2 years; yet, All County gave us a clean bill. We decided to end our relationship with All County and we went with one of the other companies.

Response from ALL COUNTY PEST CONTROL INC
please be advised that “All County Pest Control, Inc.” purchased “Termite Protection Renewal” on or about February 2011. All County first conducted a routine annual inspection on September 23, 2011. All County’s inspection findings were: “no active termites found”. Please note that annual inspections are visual inspections only. When the customer called on August 15, 2012 and informed us that they had found “string like things” at the inspection property, our office immediately responded and moved their annual inspection, which was due in September, to the following day which was August 16, 2012. Upon our inspector’s arrival, he observed that there were “mud tubes” behind a ceiling tile. Please be informed that mud tubes that size can be built in a two week time period. Our termite inspector confirmed the presence of termites and our office scheduled a “free” termite treatment to the home. Unfortunately, and due to unforeseen circumstances, All County had to reschedule the treatment because the termite applicator was ill. We immediately contacted the customer to reschedule the appointment but the customer refused. Our Office Manager contacted the customer in an attempt to resolve the issue, and explained that we had recently purchased the company and would like to do anything in our power to provide excellent service. The customer again refused our services and requested a refund. It was explained to the customer that since she had never paid All County, if she could provide us with a monetary value, we could forward it to the owner to determine what could be done. The owner then called the customer within an hour in another attempt to resolve the matter. The customer refused to speak with the owner and did not request any refund from him. All County Pest Control, Inc. has taken every possible step to provide this customer with excellent service and customer satisfaction to no avail.

I contacted All County to remove what turned out to be a hornet's nest located in a tree in my backyard. The technician Greg identified the type of nest right away and explained it how this type of hornet could be dangerous if the nest was disturbed. While examining the nest he also discovered a carpenter ant problem which was causing internal damage to the tree. He quickly, thoroughly and professionally took care of both problems on the spot. He explained what he did, what he found and patiently answered all my questions. He knew his stuff and was very personable. Do not hesitate to use this company.

I've been very pleased with All County Pest Control. The owner George is very honest and talks to you on a level you can understand. He's always solved my problem and any problem of anyone I've recommended to him.
Description of Work: I have a contract with them to come a certain number of times a year for pest control treatments.

THE SERVICE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE INSECTS SINCE THE SERVICE WAS DONE. THE CHEMICALS WERE PUT DOWN CAREFULLY AND THE SPRAY DID NOT HAVE A CHEMICAL ODOR.

ALL COUNTY PEST CONTROL DOES A GREAT JOB. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. WHATEVER THEY ARE DOING IT IS WORKING, I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY ANTS AT ALL.
