+ -1 moreForgot appointment. After calling Bob when he didn't arrive in a half hour, he apologized and did arrive an hour after the appointment time. Did measurements of kitchen, proposed some options, and said he would get back with drawings in a week. Also said he would take pictures of kitchen to prepare remolding options. Forgot to take pictures and I sent him some shots by email at which time he thanked me for the pictures and said he would have proposals in a few days. Bob is the owner of the high end business, has done work in the neighborhood and have not heard from Bob in 5 weeks. Would never do business with him again.
