I had contacted Terri about making our drapes and she was able to come out and take an initial look within a week of us first talking on the phone. She then took some measurements and was able to give an initial cost, depending on which fabrics we would choose. She had brought some sample fabrics with her, but I did not find exactly what I wanted so she kindly let me go to her home/studio to look at all of the fabric samples she has (which is a lot!). I found multiple fabric options and she let me bring the books home to see which ones would work best in our home. Once we picked out all the fabrics, she came out again to measure all the windows and gave us the final quote. The biggest variant was which fabric we chose as some were more expensive than others. We had received a quote from another place and Terri's pricing was substantially more affordable. We also needed a 12 foot pole to hang the panels on in our family room and Terri recommended we purchase the pole on our own as we would get a better price on our own than through the companies she uses. Terri said it could take a couple of months to get the drapes done, but she had them ready within a month. We then hired the installer she recommended (because we did not want to hang the drapes ourselves) and they had all of the drapes hung within 2 hours. They are absolutely beautiful drapes and valances and we have received so many compliments on them. Terri is very meticulous and on the valances there is a repeating pattern and she made sure that pattern matches up exactly. I had an idea of what I wanted on each window before Terri had come, but she offered additional suggestions for some of the drapes and her recommendations were fantastic. She is very knowledgeable, but not at all pushy, and we will definitely hire her again if we need any additional drapes made.

Terri is wonderful. She visited my house several times to help me pick out the fabric and design, and in the end created exactly what I want for the 14 windows (various sizes and shapes) of my sun room. Her price is very reasonable too. I have no complaints through and through.

Terri came to the house to discuss our objectives, consider the alternatives and measure the windows. Her design suggestions were excellent and definitely improved the final product. She lent us her sample books and provided swatches to assist in selecting the materials. She brought the first set of drapes to the house to hang them and confirm the measurements. All five windows now look fantastic and have drawn compliments from everyone who's seen them. Terri delivers top quality work at a fair price and stands behind her work. Her workmanship is beautiful. She is an honest woman whose integrity permeates her work and her relationships.
