The tree removal went great. The stump grinding was terrible(10/2021). Communication between me and Jason was terrible. They gave me an estimate for two locations in my front yard. They came and did one area and left a pitchers mound in its wake. I complained about the mound and they indicated there was nothing they could do. Yet they can remove a 35 ft tree and leave a small stump. I asked that they complete the stump grinding before I pay the bill. Someone called me and said they would come and complete the stump work. I waited and no one came. I did not hear from them until I received a letter from a collection agency. I called Jason and he claimed he called me several times (a lie). So instead of owing $110 I received a bill for $278. My credit rating is 828 so my payment history is pretty good. So much for the customer is always right.

Sheer Professionals. arrived on time, on schedule. made short work of our HUGE dead ash tree and made the maple hanging over our home safe. absolutely recommend to everyone and anyone who wants a job well done. my experience was a 10/10 from start to finish.

It went great. They came when they said they would be here and cleaned up when they left. They kept us and our neighbors informed of what was going on.

They did a good job and cleaned up thoroughly after the tree was cut. Same for the stump grinder. All four workers were friendly and courteous and arrived at the designated time. All my questions and concerns were answered with courtesy and smiles.

Jason’s team was very experienced and were extremely organized. The tree was down in 4 hours. The area was cleaned and all debris a Was removed. When they left the yard in great shape Price was very reasonable and worth every penny.

Overall they were great !! The only thing ... wish they offered to carry the shavings away . Would have gladly paid the extra. Not a big deal ... had to make other arrangements is all. Thanks !!

Jason who set up job was knowledgeable, professional and punctual. The tree crew were friendly, fast, safe and efficient. The price was reasonable considering the work we had done. Very pleased with their work and would hire again.

Work was done on 2 tree stumps using a coupon, so price was very good, but without coupon it was on the high side. 6" into ground for the most part. I didn't pay for grind cleanup, so after I cleaned it up, it looked pretty good. The grind was done very well. I would hire again! Thank you!

Had wanted to get this work done for years, but everyone else we spoke to quoted us the work with a crane involved. Said there would be no way it could be done without it. Well, not being a millionaire, I had to keep putting the work off. Then I met Jason at a garden expo. Was immediately impressed with his knowledge and care to explain everything in understandable detail. He came to look at the situation and had no doubts his team could tackle the job and probably wouldn't even require the use of a bucket truck. Coming to a scope agreement, getting an estimate and scheduling was easy and painless with Jason. Finally, the team came out to do the work. His entire team is just as professional, nice and talented. Man, it was impressive how they worked. They made less noise in the backyard than I was making inside the house. The efficiency of their work was impressive and they did all the work without a bucket truck. Once they were done, you could barely tell that they had been there. If you're looking for tree work, hire this company. You won't be disappointed.

Highly recommend. Crew was super fast, punctual, they cleaned up everything as they worked (over several days) and when they were done not even my picky neighbor who complains about everything had a bad word to say. They picked and planted an excellent new tree as well. Price was very reasonable and everyone was professional and very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely hire again.

Exceptionally well. These guys are AMAZING. Jason came over to estimate the job the same day I called. He was very responsive as I contacted him on elements of the estimate and scheduling. Very professional and everyone I dealt with (Jason and the two guys who cut down the trees) were Highly Professional. Can't say enough good things about this company.

Jason and his crew did a fantastic job removing a very large tree near our house and power lines, as well as trimming another tree back from the house. They were very careful taking everything down and did not damage our roof or the power lines. No branches were left behind, and the stumps were ground well. The price was comparable to other quotes we got, and they were able to schedule us very quickly! Additionally, we live next to a school bus garage and they worked with the district to schedule the job for a day when school was off to avoid impacting the bus drivers.

The 2 men arrived on time per my conversation with Jason. They followed the work order and did a pretty good job with their clean up after it was all done. I liked that he did not run the chipper until the branches were all brought to the front. This way it cut down on the noisy machine. The branches in the back were cut back away from power lines, and they installed a cable between 2 limps to help keep the limps from splitting. Should be good for awhile.!!
