Well, I had some poor prior initial information about city real estate taxes, and as a result unrealistic expectations for a property. I am happy that he corrected my misinformation. I was less happy about his patronizing and condescending attitude. He suggested I 'read a book about real estate'. Well OK. I thanked him for his time and looked somewhere else for help. Perhaps he had a bad day, or I had hit a hot button for him, or .... who knows. Suggest that you look further.

I was very impressed with the services provided by Mark and his team. I was kept fully informed through phone calls and emails. Mark called me personally on a weekly basis, and I received calls more frequently if needed. Responses to any emails I sent were promptly answered either by Mark or by one of his team. He arranged to have at least 3 open houses during the first month of our contract. Mark did not conduct the open houses personally, but he called me after each one and explained what the prospective buyers' responses were to the house. We received an offer that we accepted within a month. During this time, my neighbor passed away, so it was a difficult time for me personally. I was treated with sympathy, kindness and concern at all times by Mark and all members of his team. My questions were always answered respectfully and the answers were clear and concise. I would highly recommend Mark Siwiec and his team.

He is really, really superior. He has an extremely optimistic personality and outlook. You feel that you are being helped and not being sold something, he is there to meet your needs. He has a contagious smile and is extremely nice!
