+ -1 moreAwning well made, sidecurtains had to be redone, which they did immediately. But, the seasonal service is awful.
Description of Work: I have been using Lasser for several years now. It seems like their service and responsiveness has gotten nothing but worse. I am limited to choices because of my location, but am definitely open to others. They do take down and put up spring and fall, as well as have made awnings and curtains for me. They have good ideas, and are willing to think through what I want, but the prices are high, and I like people to come when they promise, or at least call. Fall take down was scheduled 3 weeks ago, then finally again last Friday, but due to Wegmans needing stuff done, they put it off to Monday....and still aren't here, 4 days later. Disgusted, and looking at my options.Can't even return a phone call. Pretty poor.

replacement windows
+ -1 moreIndividual who showed up for appointment turned out to be new owner of company. Seemed knowledgeable, said that currently they mainly deal in awnings, but could order and install any brand of windows we wanted. He took measurements and showed some photos. We set up follow-up appointment at which he said he would bring samples for us to look at. Follow-up appointment was not kept. Subsequent calls to the company went unreturned, and we gave up on them.
Description of Work: Called to request estimate on replacing five or six windows, based on satisfactory experiences with company on past occasions. Set up initial appointment.

+ 0 moreIndividual arriving to keep appointment turned out to be new owner of company. They do business mostly in awnings at present, but he said that they could order and install any brand of windows we wanted. Owner appeared knowledgeable, showed us photos and took measurements, and we set up appointment for following week at which time he said that he would bring product samples for us to look at. Follow-up appointment was not kept, and all subsequent attempts to contact company were unsuccessful; calls were never returned.
Description of Work: Called to ask for estimate on replacing five or six windows in house, based on previous positive experience with company in years past. Set up appointment for this purpose.
