Frank Page is hands down the best painter in town. He painted our old house several years ago and it turned out great. Unfortunately, his prices have gone up considerably in the past 8 yrs and we can't afford to hire him again. He is a lot more expensive than other painters. If you can afford him, go for it! You won't be disappointed in his quality of work. Though I feel compelled to say that I feel the cost went because we moved on to a more wealthy street in town. My old house was in similar shape and had less surface area to paint. The prices always seem to go up as soon as any contractor drives on to the street...

Job was stopped and started due to weather, supplies and availability of products over summer. We knew before hand and it was just fine with us. We've worked with this company in the past and know the owner now and trust him and his crew implicitly. Extremely professional crew, honest, polite, considerate and always tidy up each day. . The house is impeccable when they leave. Extremely high quality work.

I had him come out for an estimate. He spent an hour said I would have the estimate by early thee next week and then I never heard from him. Needless to say, I wouldn't call him again.

Explained his quote was so high we probably couldn't come to a reasonable agreement.

Over all it was A+++++++

I asked for estimates to paint the house and designs and estimates for a bathroom remodel. The painting estimate was twice the price of the company that i ended up selecting ($12K versus $6K). Mr. Page offered us three different options for a bath remodel. We told him that we would like a detailed estimate on one of the three. We did not communicate well because i did not hear from Mr. Page and i finally contacted him. He thought he was waiting to hear from us. I confirmed that we were interested in one of the options but we never heard from him again. Mr. Page was not hired for the painting.

The guy was very nice, and he seemed to be knowledgeable, but his price came in almost triple what the other recommended place came in. He quoted $30000 for the work.

Frank from Frank E. Page Painting, Decorating and Remodeling Company quoted us a huge amount. However that was for everything including gutting the bathroom and rebuilding it. Twenty five thousand dollars was just for the labor. They also gave us estimates for purchasing the tiles and fixtures which would be another ten thousand dollars. I thought that was a lot of money for one little bathroom. They say that they want to start out by doing our dream bathroom and then if we can't afford it they would like to scale back. However for thirty thousand dollars I should be able to get a whole new kitchen let alone my little bathroom. Frank probably does wonderful work. He gave us lot of ideas. He came back later and met with us again. He called back a week after that. He does fantastic follow up. However, pricing wise I don't think we are going to hire him. Everything was good about Frank except his price. I probably will not contact him for another quote.

They were pretty good and professional. I did not go with them for the work. I would use their services in obtaining a quote again in the future.

Called and left a message, asking for an estimate for re-glazing and painting windows on the exterior. Never returned my phone call.

They were very professional. The estimate was for approximately $2200 for the kitchen and approximately $800 for painting the hallway. It was about three times what I had expected. I didn't go any further with anything.

The work went very well. They were excellent. The price was what we expected.

In a word, this job was FANTASTIC! The results are absolutely wonderful and Frank's staff were a dream to work with. His people are highly skilled, meticulous about their work, professional in every way, and warm and courteous, to boot. They arrived on time every morning and left the work area impeccably clean at the end of each day. They continually consulted with us on every aspect of the project, and asked our permission about leaving certain equipment overnight or on weekends. Customer satisfaction was clearly important to all of his staff. Plus, the work is so gorgeous that all I could say is WOW! After watching a lot of horror stories on HGTV we were worried about hiring a contractor, but hiring Frank's team was the best decision we could have made. I'm looking forward to being able to hire him to remodel our kitchen in the future.

Frank offered me several options to help me best meet my needs. He obviously places a high emphasis on quality and doing the job right. He had great communication, responding to my calls quickly. His team was neat and left my home spotless at the end of each day. The Master Carpenter was clearly an expert in his field. As a mother of 3 I felt comfortable with the crew working in my home. Everyone was polite and no one used bad language. The project turned out beautiful and on time. I would use Frank again in a heartbeat.
