The first time we met the installers - We were completely at ease - what a “team”! Very efficient & neat. Felt like “family”.

They were the most professional contractors with whom I have hired. The quality of the work along with the care and respect they showed us was superior!! I was not sure exactly what I wanted and they helped to guide me on where I should and should not spend money during the design phase. I can not say enough about the men who showed up daily to do the remodel. Excellent company. I would hire them again in a second.

Showroom hours are during my work day (9ish to 5ish). I work near the Genesee-Monroe county border and their showroom is near the Ontario-Monroe county border. I canceled the appointment rather than take 1/2 day off work to visit the showroom, which is apparently the first step in the quote process.

Every phase, every representative of the company...approachable, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Prompt, communicated well throughout the entire job.

Missie and Jim have years of experience and are wonderful people to deal with. their crew is also extremely skilled. Missie has a great eye and was very helpful in choosing the tiles and countertops what impressed us most was the follow up after the job was done and their ongoing efforts to make sure that things were right. Not many service providers follow up after the job is complete,

This is the second remodel project we had Jim and Missie and their crew do for us. The first was our kitchen which was also great. They are so helpful and patient when consider the design plans and options. They work to really understand your needs and aesthetics and budget. Their crew is very professional and SKILLED! The tile came out beautifully - lined up so nicely in the inset in the shower. and the decorative wall came out great. And as an added example of their skill... I had ordered this perfect light fixture for over the medicine cabinet. I thought the depth was deep enough that it would extend over the cabinet enough to at least shed half the light down in front of the mirror, but I didn't realize the bar was bent - so the middle fixture extended over but the two side fixtures were hidden. I was crushed because I loved the fixture. One of their crew members had an idea - that with some of the left over kick-plate wood from the vanity, he could possibly build a box to extend the base of the fixture out. It came out AMAZING! You would think the fixture was designed that way. I was beyond thrilled with this added extra service. And all the rest of the work came out beautifully too. Can't wait till we are ready to tackle our master bathroom next. :-)

!This is the second home redesign we have done with Jim and Missy. They are a superior design team and spend the time necessary to meet the homeowner's vision. I have a disability that keeps me confined to a scooter and the kitchen redesign makes so much more of the kitchen accessible to me. Joe and Bogdon, the crew who worked on our home, have one of the best work ethics we've ever experienced. I will never run out of words to describe how pleased we are so I am keeping this brief!

Jim and Missie (owners) are honest, professional people who truly put their customers first. The two young men who did much of the construction work (employees of Four Points Remodeling, not sub-contractors), are top notch craftsmen. The job site was always cleaned at the end of each work day. Being able to go to their design center to pick out the materials that I wanted in my new kitchen made the project much less stressful for me. Missie came up with a very functional design for my new kitchen layout and for the materials that I ended up selecting. There were a couple of little glitches during the project that were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. Communication was very timely and clear. I'm very pleased with my new kitchen and have recommended them to friends. I would hire them again for future remodeling projects.

The highest grade I can give is an A? Why is it not possible to give this group a rating of A+? My wife and I had our kitchen gutted and totally rebuilt by 4 Points Remodeling and Design Center this summer. The whole experience was an exercise in maximum customer delight (well past satisfaction). In February, we were working with another group on a design for the kitchen when we contacted 4 Points for a second estimate. Immediately, the design that Missie Montgomery came up with totally blew the other group out of the water. She listened well to our needs, applied her creative genius to the concept, and provided the perfect design for us. It incorporated some unique aspects of our current kitchen and amplified them to tie in with the future design. The price was reasonable, and we went ahead with a contract with complete confidence. Missie and Jim Montgomery helped immensely with the challenging phase of selecting the details of the design (cabinet details, colors, tiles, lighting, etc.) so we were in control but greatly aided by experienced people who knew what they were doing. They made the decision process easy. The demolition and installation were started a week earlier than the original estimate, and we were absolutely amazed with the speed and precision of the workers. They took care to protect the remainder of the house from the mess and got the job done efficiently. The crews were all pleasant and respectful at all times. I cannot say enough for the caliber of workers they provided to do this job. If you want true craftsmen doing the work in your home, you want these people. As with any large job, there were unexpected challenges or setbacks that came up. In each case, Jim and Missie were all over the situation working to ensure we were delighted and that costs remained as they had originally predicted. Everything came together as expected. They communicated well at every opportunity and made sure we were not in the dark on anything. The end result is a truly ?world class? kitchen done on time and within budget, and we are totally delighted customers. If you have any remodeling work coming up, look into 4 Points Remodeling and Design Center as a group that cannot be beat in terms of delivering excellence with precision and without nasty surprises.

The whole experience was very positive. Missy found space in my kitchen that I didn't think was possible. Her design was innovative and professional. My kitchen is very convenient and much easier to cook in and live with and I still have empty spaces to fill as a result of her design. She made recommendations for the flooring and back splash which I followed and am extremely pleased with the result. The remodeling process itself was much less of a hassle then I expected. Their crew (Bogden and Joey) was wonderful! They respected me and my house. They were extremely aware of the fact that I needed to live there while they were working. They cleaned up every night and made sure that there was as little disruption to the rest of the house as possible. The remodel included the removal of soffits and repairing the walls and ceilings after the removal. They hung plastic barriers that really contained the dust. They worked at an amazing pace - stopping only to grab a sandwich midday. Once they started, they worked continuously until their part of the job was complete. They completed the work in 6 1/2 days (Not including the installation of the countertop and back splash. That required an additional 1 1/2 days.) Their attention to detail was really commendable. They involved me whenever there was a question of "we can do it this way or that way". They took obvious pride in their work and took every step necessary to create a beautiful kitchen and laundry room. I am thrilled with the results. It is very, very seldom that you can make a recommendation without some reservations. I have no reservations about recommending 4 Points. They are delightful to work with and their work is outstanding.

We found Four Points Remodeling through Angie's list and decided to give them a call, especially given the close proximity to our house. In the end, we decided to go with another designer because we felt the end product fit our needs better. We have mixed feelings on the estimation process we experienced. I will start off with the positives. We are budget conscious because we are moving in 3 years, and they provided good guidance for cabinets, counters, and flooring that fit into our budget. Both Missy and Jeff were always pleasant and personable. The showroom is smaller, but offers many choices and is stocked with a large sample base. Now for the negatives. First, punctuality is something they need to improve significantly. Every appointment we had was delayed for some reason: 1) the first was cancelled hours before it started, 2) we were left waiting in the showroom for 5-10 minutes after the start time of our rescheduled appointment while Missy was talking on the phone, 3) they were 15-20 minutes late to our in house appointment, which is only 5 minutes from their showroom, and 4) we were left waiting at our last appointment as food was cleared off Missy's desk and it took 5-10 minutes to get her computer setup. Second, I don't think expectations of the $150 fee for the in-house design session was communicated well. My wife and I interpreted the fee to include some design deliverable at the end of the process, with the $150 becoming a credit on the invoice if we choose to work with Four Points Remodeling. When we decided to go with another firm, I promptly notified Missy and asked for some of the design artifacts so we could file it away for future reference. I then learned that I would not receive anything (other than the text write-up of the estimate), without signing a contract with them. When questioned what the $150 was for, Missy responded that it was "for our time spent meeting with you, designing your space and preparing your estimate". Neither my wife nor I would have agreed to a $150 fee for only an estimate - there are too many talented firms that are willing to provide estimates without charging a fee. Lastly, there were some other items that didn't sit well in the end. 1) In our first showroom meeting, half way through Missy changed her attention from us to another couple that was there. They obviously were much farther in the remodel process, but it made us feel like we were not important and honestly, it was a little awkward as we were standing there waiting. 2) In our final meeting, they did not have the quote for our family room floor replacement complete and we were sitting there waiting for it to be complete. 3) Whenever I had a concern, the email response had an explanation and always ended with "Thank you for understanding", which is quite a presumptuous statement given I didn't always agree. It really had the opposite effect than I believe they were trying to send.

We couldn't be happier. I still stare at my kitchen and can't believe it's mine. Great crew who put up with me stopping in daily and asking questions during my lunch hour. Finished in 3 weeks, on time. Jim and Missy are great to work with. Answered all our questions and offered different options. We stayed within our budget and got everything we wanted.

2nd time I used Four Points - big job. They did a great job from design through completing on time with a tight schedule. The coordinated the flooring guys and painters. Great owners and crew - high quality, professional, customer centric. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had an exceptional experience. All the workers were wonderful to work with and took pride in their work. Bogdun & Larry were professionals and we loved Jim, Missy & Sharon. No Complaints.

Design was easy with expert help. Tear off was quick and neat. Work was efficiently done. New cabinets, counter top, island and appliances were installed on time and perfectly fitted.

Did a great job. Provided suggestions to make additional changes during the remodel. A very knowledgeable construction crew. Excellent redesign of available space to create a beautiful layout. Missy and Jim were great to work with.

I met with Jim Montgomery with Four Points Remodeling and Design Center three times, once at my house. He gave one a few quotes, gave me samples of quartz to take home. He suggest that i go look at surfaces to see the quartz slobs as a larger size. Everything went as planned with Jim being there even for the measurement of the slot. Tom, the installer with Four Points Remodeling and Design Center was top notch. Everything in my kitchen was left in 100% order, immaculate. I was 150% pleased, especially because Jim Montgomery would give one thing to think about, "do you like this or that" 150% perfection.

Beautiful, followed all our requests and had our satisfaction. Compliments to all.

Initially we went to their showroom. Missy was great with helping us pick out what we needed. Her design expertise is exceptional. We did new ceramic flooring and that was also used in the new shower for the walls. They put in new shower basin/drain, sliding glass doors, new faucet hardware and light and exhaust. They also did new vanity with new faucet fixtures and put in a new mirror. New toilet and even new towel bar and tp holder. They did it all. The workers were on time and worked diligently. It was right around the Christmas Holidays so it took a little longer but that was just the timing. No fault of anyone! I needed help picking out hardware for the new vanity and went back to their showroom and again was given suggestions as to what would look good. The bathroom is beautiful and was expertly done. Jim stopped in to check up on the work as it progressed. Even gave me cleaning tips. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone.

Jim and Missy run a good business. My wife is pleased, so I'm pleased.

Extensive master bath and laundry room construction.

Total master bath remodel. removal of jacuzzi tub and tile. install a pocket door and re-tile new shower are and floors and around a new soaker tub. rewire electricity for new switches and install new countertop and sinks etc.

Excellent. Four Points (Missie and Jim Montgomery) really delivered on this project. The project started on 8/6/2013 and was completely finished on 8/26/2013. It went very smooth from the initial design meeting, quote, and actual construction. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful with design recommendations. They work with quality suppliers who also provided help and insight with regard to the design of the project. (Charlotte Appliance, Solid Surfaces - Cambria Quartz, Tile Wholesalers of Rochester, and Southpaw Hardwood Floors.) They work with these folks as their prices and quality are fantastic. From start to finish the crew were absolutely top notch. (The crew- Bogdon, Sean, and Tom) They were all very knowledgeable, conscientious, respectful, on time, and dedicated to quality work. The job was started and completed in the allotted time. They kept to a strict schedule and were always on-site when they were scheduled. The crew always left the work site clean and in order. (As clean and orderly as a construction site can be. They tent of rooms/space to keep other parts of the residence from getting dusty. They cleaned up the site at the end of each day and kept us informed of the days work and what would take place the next day.) Jim and Missie will provide you with a full quote/contract with everything clearly defined. There were no surprises. In fact we actually received a refund when they discovered that there was an existing vent for our over the stove Microwave Vent fan. Jim called me immediately and informed me about the good news. It is this type of quality and integrity that help make this job seamless. They will be doing out Bathrooms in the future. We are so pleased with the quality, service, price, workmanship, and integrity that we will not even seek other bids.

It went well. The design process was great. Missy and Jim were wonderful to work with - a great balance between Missy's design knowledge and Jim's construction knowledge resulted in optimized floor plan and solutions. They were very patient and helpful through the planning and decision process. The work is performed by their own crew. However - they had a staffing challenge right at the time our work began. A couple of their long time crew members left to start their own independent work. As a result, Jim did some of the work himself and we had a few additional people brought in to help with our work. While they were not officially Four Points Remodeling team members - they were clearly connections Jim had in the industry and trusted. They worked as diligently and with as much respect and care as I expected - following Jim's lead in how they treat customer service. And any small issues (yes, it is impossible to do a job this big and not have something go amiss), Jim was right there to talk through and correct. And truly they were only small issues. They stuck well to their schedule. The project finished on time - if memory serves me correctly from demo to finish touches, the project took just under 5 weeks. Their prices seemed fair, and reasonable. And they followed our lead in concern to managing to a budget but trying to maximize the benefits in our home. They genuinely cared about making our home an even better place. And it is!
