Fixing Fox Computers

Aldo makes an earnest, concerted, and skilled effort to help with computer-related problems. He is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does, and honest in his assessments of situations. Perhaps most importantly, he is fair with his customers and with pricing. As a repeat customer, Aldo would not charge me for a problem he could not fix (this is the first time this has happened to me with him), even though he spent time trying to resolve the issue. His business is worth supporting and is an excellent choice for any computer-related problems you may encounter.

I had mixed results with them. I was having importation from the old computer to the new computer and they missed all of my major files. I went looking for them after they left and had to call them back. They managed to find the ones that I deleted but nothing that was current in the last 2-3 years. I had to call them back and they did resolve the problem, which is always good, but it gave some panic for a while. I did ask them whether the current files were there and they had said yes to that. It has been a few years and I don't remember the price.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had good customer service and pricing. Overall, they were very professional and courteous. They did the job very quickly and well. I was very pleased with the results. I've used them several times and have never been disappointed with the results.

They seemed to be conscientious but perhaps we gave them some work that was over their heads. They returned my computer having given up on it and told me that the longevity of the computer was very much in doubt. However the computer is still running at a very slow rate. When it conks out I will buy a new one but not from them. They were an average computer repair company. They are conveniently located and are only a few miles from us. The price was average. It was not a bargain but probably what was to be expected. I don't think I will use them again. I will probably get a new computer rather than getting involved with one of these repair places.

He did an excellent job. I called them and they made and appointment that afternoon and they came 5 minutes early. Two technicians came, so the service went twice as fast as I anticipated. The price was right and I had no problems with the work they did. They also did a couple of minor thing that were extra, but they did not charge me for it and I would use them again.

This company is so easy to work with. And honest, too. They go above and beyond what they are paid to do. Both PC's are working great. I did not end up needing a new motherboard because they called the computer company and ordered the glue that was originally used to hold this particular piece on. While they were here to bring back one of the computers, they connected my Mac up to a printer that we couldn't seem to get working.

No problems whatsoever; very professional and on time. Cleaned up after the job was done; left no garbage behind.

It went excellent. I thought they were extremely knowledgeable, capable and reliable. They came on time and took the computer and lent me a loaner and I had mine back within forty eight hours.

Called them scheduled a service call, they called to confirm showed up on time called afterwards for follow up. Just great service at affordable prices
