They are good, but they are just expensive. They provide good service. They are very professional.

It went beautifully. Jim Edwards and his crew (one climber, one experienced crew member and two less experienced crew members) arrived on time and completed the work in about 1 1/2 hours. They worked carefully to avoid damaging any of our extensive plantings and they even secured our "garden knome." All five were good humored and the positive relationship among them was obvious. When we suggested that they didn't have to "fine tune" the cleanup, one crew member stated that Jim would not leave until a thorough cleanup was completed. I would not hesitate to hire them again and I strongly recommend their services to anyone needing tree work done. They brought a cherry picker and a chipper to the job.

I found Jim's name on Angies List and left him a voice message to call me. He called me back in a day or two and we set up a time to meet that same week so he could give me an estimate. He came out a few days later, priced the job and we set the day for him to do the work. He and his crew arrived as scheduled, did a great job and were done about lunchtime. He was very professional and I would highly recommend using his services.

An initial phone call was responded to promptly and the work was done in less than a week. I couldn't be more pleased! The price was reasonable and the work was done neatly. I certainly will call Mr. Edwards if I have more trees come down!

This is the second or third time I've used Edwards. Each time I've been thoroughly satisfied.

Jim and his crew did a great job. Jim was punctual, professional, and easy to work with. Quote was reasonable, and he held to it. He carefully maneuvered his equipment through tight access points and a small yard. He cut firewood logs for me and piled them into a convenient spot. They cleaned up the area and left everything in great shape. Excellent overall experience!

It took time for Jim to get back to me about doing an estimate. Once he did so, though, the work was completed within a few days.

He stumped a tree for me last year in my front yard and did a professionally wonderful job and cleaned up and left my yard the way he found it, even a little better looking without that large stump!

Jim was fantastic! We live in Florida but have a cottage on the lake in New York. We actually had to leave for Florida early and Jim took care of everything! He was very professional... I highly recommend this company.

Excellent, timely service. Very knowledgeable about trees. Saved me money by recommending against removal of a tree because it was highly unlikely to fall down in the manner I was concerned about due to its root system and characteristics.

They came out quickly and left us the estimate, but we chose not to use their services because it was twice as much as other quotes received and way beyond our budget.

It was done very quickly and professionally. He was on site at all times. I was picking up wood chips for weeks, but that was my fault. I should have asked them to rake more.

Called for an estimate and had one within a couple days. After comparing to several competitors called to setup an appointment and Jim was able to fit me in early the next week. Arrived on time and got right to work. Had no problem with me watching and explained what they were doing. Removed the tree, ground the stump and cleaned up all wood and debris without any issues. Overall was very well priced and they did a great job.

He had me accompany him to each of the six trees to ascertain if I wanted any additional branches removed than what was described in the sketchy instructions. He offered advice as to what not to remove and to additionally remove to give the best results. They were very careful in removing branches that were overhanging my roof and the fences of two neighbors. What I found unusual but gratifying was that Jim introduced me to each of his three employees. Each of them were extremely courteous. They all worked safely in what is a dangerous profession. The clean-up was neat and they even removed some of the shedding leaves within the areas in which they were working. I have given them a grade of and quot;Band quot; in the areas of Price and Responsiveness. These two categories were out of their control since they were sub-contracting to another firm. I would most definitely hire this company again as a main contractor.

I Called the number and left a message. When my call was returned he asked if he could come give an estimate in a week as he was going out of town. I agreed and he began to take my information. When I told him where my address was located he stopped me and told me that he could not come and see me because all of his customers were on the East side. Save yourselves a phone call and do not call Edwards Tree and Landscape Inc. if you are not on the East side.

He is good. He is professional and on time. He comes out when he says he would. All that is very important to me. We use him every winter. We have a large property and have tree work that needs to be done every year. We just call him and he comes out. I do feel like we get winter rates for the work that we get done. We did have a storm in the summer and he had to take the branches off of a big tree that had fallen down. We use him in the summer if we have to. We have a lot of trees and a lot of dead stuff that needs to be taken away during the winter. He comes out on some day, chops it all up and takes it away.

They are technically very good. I have used them for 16 years or so. He chips up the branches and hauls them away. They have been in business for 50 years. I don't think they're very expensive.

These guys were great!! Did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. This tree was huge but they had it done within a couple hours. Their price was way lower than other estimates so I hired them. So glad I did. Just called them to have another tree removed.

Their estimate was similar to another and being that they were local I picked them to perform the service. Jim and his crew arrived on time, in fact, they were a few minutes early. They were very professional and did the requested tree work and a little extra that wasn't in the estimate. They did an excellant clean up of the yard and I would definitely use them again.

Jim Edwards and his crew did a fantastic job. I got several estimates for the work I needed done and Edwards was the cheapest. I needed two trees cut down, one of the stumps grinded and several dead limbs removed from the other trees in my yard. After informing Jim I had decided to go a head with the work, he and his crew showed up the next day and made quick work of it. They cleaned up all the brush and, though I wasn't home to meet them, my wife says they were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Jim and his crew to anyone in need of tree-trimming or any tree-related services.

Arrived at time agreed upon, trimmed tree and cleaned up. We had several estimates for the work and Edwards gave us the best price. Very professional. We would recommend and use their service again.
