Aaron did a fantastic job communicating with me prior to the work being done, putting thought into the job, and completing everything in a prompt manner. I appreciate his high quality work as well as the way he was kind to my whole family (two little boys and a grandmother make for quite an audience).

I was very pleased with the work done and was impress by the professional care and swift communication. Aaron provide me with a swift estimate and worked with me to determine the best product and color for my deck. The work was done on time and looks great. I will most certainly be using them again.

I am very impressed with the quality of the work. None of the bare spots where the paint had worn off on the deck floor is showing. Aaron was great about communicating with me via email, as I am deaf myself. He also responded to my request to change the original service to a different time. He is one of a very few business owners who I feel are "deaf-friendly". And I would highly recommend him based on the detail and pride he took doing this work for me.

The experience was great, I called and received a call back in a timely matter and was given a quote after I texted them a picture of my deck. They responded quickly to any questions I had and were great to deal with.

Aaron came and power washed everything Wednesday and came Friday after it dried. He and two workers applied the stain to the railings and stairs (no stain was applied to the deck floor because it is a composite material). He applied a second coat upon request because the first coat was so light. I have used Aaron before and look forward to using him again. He and his crew are pleasant, polite and did an excellent job.

Aaron was pleasant, professional, very easy to work with. He also fixed a warped railing and clean some wood chairs for us. His estimate was much better than others we looked at. We are happy with the work and would recommomend him to others.

He did the work while I wasn't at home. He was very accomodating and did the work as we needed him to. There was a little bit of confusion about the original color of the stain, but it turned out fine.

Aaron is a pleasant and good worker. His assistant, Eric is also very polite and efficient. We have no complaints, only praises. The deck is old and needs yearly maintenance due to the fact that oil based stains are no longer available. We will have this company back in the Spring.

Aaron e-mailed me on 9/8 that he would be available to wash my deck the next day (9/9) and stain it the following day (9/10). He arrived when he said he would both days and did an absolutely wonderful job. Much better than the last people I hired. I will definitely be requesting his services for my future deck needs.

It was fine. They sent one person out to do the job. I did not have any issues with the scheduling.

Aaron came to my home on the same day that I called him for an estimate. His estimate was half the cost of the other estimate that I received from another local company. He performed all of the work within his originally quoted time frame in a timely, yet still meticulous, manner. I plan to hire him to remove wallpaper and paint my foyer this Fall if he is available.

I needed my deck painted and contacted Deckwashing Plus to schedule an appointment, making it clear that I was in no hurry. They called sooner than expected when they had a cancellation for another job, which worked out well. They removed the deck furniture, power washed, sanded and painted the deck. It was professionally done in a timely manner, with everything cleaned up at the end and it looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend Deckwashing Plus.

When we scheduled a time to get my deck washed & stained, Aaron was prompt. I was given about 24 hrs notice he would be out the next day to powerwash, being this is a weather dependant service, Aaron needs to schedule according to the weather report. He came out two days later to stain. When I came home from work, my deck looked great! Couldn't have been more pleased with the results of the power washing & staining. I saw no stain on my siding nor drip marks...stain appeared to go on seamlessly. Very pleased

Excellent work. My deck was in rough shape. Its about 12 years old. We've been in the house for 3 years. Structurally, the deck is good, but cosmetically... what a mess. I've done decks before but I when I tried to stain this one myself, the results were terrible. I have no idea what the previous owner put on it but I could not get any stain to stick to it. Aaron knew exactly what to do and it came out great. The deck looks brand new, even better than it did when we moved in. They were reliable, called and showed up when they said that they would, and the clean up was perfect. I highly recommend them.

I found that Deckwashing Plus has very high marks on Angie's list so I thought I would give them a try after being less satisfied with my last contractor. I gave a call and left a short message with what I was looking for and they called me back later that day and then showed up at my house later that day to look over my deck repairs so he could write up an estimate. I had the estimate the next day and agreed to the work that same day and they promised me they would call early the next week to let me know when they could get to fixing my deck. They called me Tuesday and told me they were available the next day and I was too so I agreed. They showed up promptly in the morning and started right to work. They finished all the work within a few hours and they wrote me an invoice and I gave them a check and it was that quick and easy! And the quality of the work is top notch, I was very happy with the repairs. They also agreed to come back in August to clean and stain my whole deck which they had also included in the original estimate but that will be another Angie's list item when the work is done and paid for in august. However, if they clean and stain decks as well as they repair them I have no doubt I will be very happy. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for deck repairs and in fact have already done so to my immediate neighbor who was asking after having seen the work they do.

Aaron is a pleasure to deal with. He responded promptly to my initial call and answered my questions as they came up with the same speed and attention. He and his employees work quietly and steadily. He threw in the washing of my front walk (concrete) and even made an extra trip to complete that.

Deck washing plus came out to estimate a deck staining job for me the middle of October 2013. It was to wet and late in the year to stain my deck.I had called earlier but owner Aaron Jacobs was unable to quote the job. I contacted Aaron in late April 2014 to do the deck staining quoted Oct. 2013. Aaron informed me that he just started decks because of the wet spring and had 22 before me. He stated, probably would not get to me until end of June first of July. I said OK, for him to call me around the end of May for status update.I called Aaron the first week of June because I did not hear from him. Aaron made a comment that I was the only customer he had on the west side, that seem to be problematic to him. Aaron lives the the east side of the city. When I called him in June he now states he has 35 decks to stain. Aaron states to me he probably will not get my deck until late July or August. Aaron repeatedly asked me at what point will I pull the plug and again moaned about me being the only customer on the west side. I knew then that he did not want to do my deck but wanted me to bow out. Aaron told me he was doing 5 -6 decks a week so the end of June sounded about right but he kept adding jobs ahead of mine or lying about things to discourage me. I decided to call another painter to see if he could do the deck sooner. Well the guy I called is a friend of Aaron's and he was booked until the end of August with house painting. This guy called Aaron and told him that I called. The next thing Aaron left a message on my answering machine and said you are no longer in the queue and good luck with getting your deck painted. It was very clear to me I was never in the queue and I would be waiting a long time or maybe never for Aaron to paint my deck. Aaron used the call I made to the other painter as an excuse to back out of my job. He has now left me without someone to stain my deck. The very good contractors will be booked now. The contractors who can do the job right away are new or not very good. Deck washing plus has had issues with coupon deals on Angie's List. Aaron also informed me that his 16 year old son will be painting with him. When I pay for a professional I want a professional not a kid. Aaron has no customer service skills and lies. If Aaron were a true professional every customer would be treated fairly and respected. If Aaron does not want to work on the west side of the city he needs to state that in his business. I am glad I saw Aarons true colors, Beware of this business.

We called for estimate for deck cleaning and staining. The vender did not return call. Based on that, could not recommend.

Everything went well. Aaron is professional in his promptness to give an estimate. He and his crew power washed and stained the deck this week and it looks great.

Excellent, outstanding, wonderful. I am not prone to gushing but Aaron cares deeply about doing a good job and I would highly recommend him to anyone! He gets my highest rating
