We had a season contract for snow plowing. The first couple of months were okay, though plowing was not as prompt as I would like. But then he simply stopped showing up, did not return phone calls or emails, and gave no explanation whatsoever.

I'm in the same boat as yesterday's reviewer. I've tried to give Greg every benefit of doubt, but Arlington rarely shows up (whereas my neighbors are plowed early and often), when they show, quality of work is mediocre, never returns calls (if you can even leave a message as voicemail is usually full), nor texts, nor emails. Been hoping for a week and a half to get the driveway plowed again. Sorry man, this is just all WAY out of line. Considering a small claims court filing to get some/all money back. BBB shows no complaints yet; perhaps Angie's List is the best place to do this now.

December and part of January went well. There were maybe 4 times that required a plow. Over the past 3 weeks when the snow has been heavier and the temperature colder, he has been nowhere to be found. Worse yet, he will not return my calls. It's mid-February and we have no idea if we still have someone to plow our driveway. Unacceptable. On his voicemail he says that it's been so cold that his hydraulics are freezing up on the plow blade. Not buying that. Hydraulics don't freeze in these temperatures for 2 reasons: they're under pressure and hydraulic fluid begins to freeze at -70 deg. F. And I see plows driving and working on every other street and driveway all over the city. All he had to do was call and explain what the honest reason was.

We are happy with the service. The only complaint is that the billing just tells you how many mowing he has done versus my husband would like the dates he mowed. He did appreciate that he did not mow when we were having a drought and there was not a lot of growth.
