I have been using All County Chem Dry for 2 times a year for 11 years to clean my carpets. Helen does excellent work, is thorough, prompt and professional. I have a light colored carpet in my kitchen that Helen manages to restore every time she cleans it! Helen returns calls quickly and is willing to adjust to my needs. I highly recommend this company.

Helen and her group have been cleaning my carpets for 8 + years and I have always had a great experience with them. Helen always returns calls on the same day, calls the day prior to service to confirm arrival time and is on-site for every job. She is prompt, courteous and professional and does a thorough cleaning of my carpets every 6 months (thanks to a shedding dog). The carpets are spotless when they leave and everything is restored to order as soon as the job is done. I believe the price is reasonable and in line with the competition. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend All County for carpet cleaning services.

They also moved all the furniture that we had in the room. They always do an excellent job. We had an excellent experience with them. I think All County Chem Dry is owned by the woman who was here doing the work. I have used their services for 4 or 5 years now. I am always very pleased with them. They are a little more expensive than the others.

Everything was fine, they did a good job. I've used them a number of times in the past and I am familiar with their work. They come and do the work- they are very good.

Our experience with them was outstanding. In the meantime, we have heard from other people that recommended them. I remembered that their price wasn’t the cheapest, but it wasn’t the most expensive as well. It seemed to be a reasonable price and they did a great job. The owner is a delight.

Went very well. One weakness tends to be slightly tardy because she is very particular. Nice work and very thorough. Carpets dry beautifully, gives apporpriate advice. Spends as much times as needed at each place, which explains her range of times for the cleaning (ie 10-12pm).

They showed up on time and did thorough and efficient work. They had asked me to remove smaller, portable items from the rooms before they arrived, which took me several hours (mainly because the closets in all four bedrooms are carpeted and needed to be emptied). I'm not sure if this request is typical - I know in the past I had someone clean carpets who took care of moving and replacing all items as part of their service, but I don't know what they would have done with those closets. The only problem we had was caused by the weather. It was very humid the day they came and the weather alternated between torrential rain and high humidity for the next several days. I ended up waiting 48 hours for the carpets to feel completely dry before I put my rooms back together. My living room carpet, which hasn't been cleaned for at least 10 years, looks about three shades lighter than it did before!

I had this company in 2003 to clean some rooms. I called for her to come back and she was very prompt. She came with one other person and they were very efficient. Work done in about 1 and one-half hours. Nice job.

The day I called, I spoke with the owner. She spent a good amount of time with me on the phone explaining the Chem Dry process and how it differs from other cleaning methods. She also provided me with an estimate that turned out to be very close to the final cost. Helen and her co-worker arrived on time and got right to work. They were very efficient and worked well together. The process took a little longer than I had anticipated, but the job was outstanding. I have light colored Berber carpeting in my family room which had become dingy looking. I have tried other carpet cleaning companies in the past, but they were never able to make much of a difference. When All County was done, there was a remarkable difference in the appearance of the carpet. I am very satisfied and will use All County Chem Dry exclusively in the future. I have already recommended them to a co-worker.

All County Chem Dry always come when they say they will and does a wonderful job at getting our carpets looking like they are brand new. They also use chemicals that not only dry quickly but also do not leave an odor which is important for my respirator.
