Description of Work: Blackburn excavating dug the hole for the installation of my bilco door unit. Matt communicated directly with the vendor providing the unit and took the burden of my shoulders. He excavated and back filled. He totally reworked the drainage away from my house. I had an estimator for a landscape company in today for an estimate on the rest of the landscaping work and he remarked that whoever did the work around the bilco door did such a remarkable job, I should have had him continue!!!
