+ -1 moreUpon moving to NY, I chose to have PANCO as our fuel oil and service provider. Overall there were no problems with the delivery of fuel oil in this time period. The reponsiveness of their office staff seemed to decrease over the past six months. I decided to change providers for the coming season due to the following reasons: PANCO charges extra for service outside of normal business ours while my new provider does not, PANCO was very slow getting me the capped price for oil this year (promised at the beginning of July, did not get it until the end of July), and their capped price ended up 27 cents per gallon more than my new provider. PANCOs service techs were very helpful and cordial whenever they came to my house.
Description of Work: Provided heating fuel oil and burner service from April 2007 - May 2010.

+ -1 moreWoke up this morning to no heat. Called PANCO (who I have a service contract with) at about 6:15 am. I was told that someone would be at my house between 8-10AM. Service technician arrived at 9AM. Very quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. He was done by 9:30AM. No charge for the repair because of my service contract. He also answered several questions that I had about the heating system since this is my first year with an oil boiler/hot water baseboard heated house.
Description of Work: Repair of oil burner on baseboard hot water heating system.
