Purchased a whole house generator from Kode. Installation went great. When electric went down,generator went right on. Stayed on for 30 minutes then shut off. Called,nothing happened. Happened a 2nd time for over 8 hrs. Kode tells me nothing wrong with generator. No help what so ever. Kode definitely not living up itâ s contract

We have been using this company for several years. We have a large number of rentals. They've always come to our rescued when needed, even in storms. We think Karl and his staff for everything they have done.

Very professional, gave good price, quality work and material, not from box stores. He was direct an quick with proposal, no delays from quoted time, even helped when inspector was delayed. I recommend him to a friend who is using as well. Will use again and recommend again. If only all trades wereas professional as him.

This company was right on point. Karl responded to me right away and came to my home to assess the job and followed up with a day with my estimate. He was $650 less than another estimate i received, and almost $1000 less than my highest quote from another company! BUT, he could do the job, did it well, and it was NOT an easy job! I had a mini-split installed in my townhouse, where I am attached on both sides. The wiring had to go over the roof. It is neat, it works, the young man who came to complete the job knew exactly what he was doing without a flinch. Keep in mind one of the other companies was going to run all this wiring inside my house! I can't even imagine what that would look like! You don't need electrical work done often, but when I do, I'm not going anywhere else. Kode Electric it is!

Karl and his team were extremely responsive and not only called me back promptly, but Karl had his crew out to my house later the same day, estimating when other jobs would be done. I have now used Kode Electric 3 times, twice for fixture installs and wiring issue and once for setting up a dedicated electrical outlet for a treadmill. They kept the area clean, removed all debris and were prompt and quick. Just like finding a good doctor or a great mechanic, finding an electrician you can trust for any level job is a blessing. I would recommend Kode electric for any of their electrical jobs. I will possibly have some exterior lighting done in warmer months(I just have to figure out what Iâ m looking for), and will absolutely call Karl and his team at Kode Electric. Very reasonably priced and while I can do basic fixture installs, jobs like my 2nd story light or exterior light which had a frayed wire, I know my limitations and called this great professional to do it at a very reasonable price(less expensive than renting an interior ladder from Home Depot, without the fear of being at a height). Highly recommend this company and the personal touch Karl gives you as well as his friendly employees.

Kode Electric was absolutely outstanding in diagnosing a generator issue with our new home. A comprehensive understanding of the unit and a professionalism that really solved our problem. Price charged was totally honest and more then fair.

I haven't lost power yet so I can't say how the generator works but I will say Karl was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. The two men who actually installed the generator were also very professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.
