The quality was very good for the price. The workers (and owner) were pleasant to speak to throughout.  The service left a lot to be desired.  The provider did not return phone calls most of the time. Most of the time they didn't tell you in advance when they were going to be showing up, or if they did, they gave you just a few hours notice.  When calling the office they were rude and acted like you were bothering them.  The worst part of all was how I was treated a the end.  The Town inspector wouldn't approve the building because it needed some additional supports.  The contractor was notified of this.  It took him weeks to resolve it. I had sent him a check for all but $800 of what I owed him along with a letter saying that I would promptly pay the balance as soon as everything was closed and I got release from the inspector.  He finally came to make the adjustments (he was 45 minutes late for the appointment), and he then asked for his money.  I explained that as soon as I received approval from the inspector that I would send him a check.  He had my garage keys in his hand.  (It is a garage separate from the main building and contained my classic car - a 1957 Tbird, amongst many other supplies and equipment).  He told me he was keeping the keys until I paid him so I could therefore not access the garage!  I was appalled at this childish behavior.  I had paid the prior installments I owed him immediately!

Came over to my lot late in the evening when I was available after work, planned out building site and options. I liked his numbers after getting several other quotes. He waited while I secured all permits. Upon starting construction less than one week of permits in hand, I had a site waiting for inspection for the pour of concrete. After the end of the first day of construction, site was all cleaned up even dirt and stone that was tracked by dump trucks. After the pour the next day it was left to cure for a week, during which time his master mason came to lay the blocks. 4 days later he was back in the morning and in about 5 hours the structure was framed, sheathed, all windows and man door in place and felt on the roof. He and his guys were back the next morning to hang the vinyl siding and lay the shingles. Roll up doors installed and the job was completed later that same afternoon.
