+ -1 moreHe showed up on time did good work and brought the project in on deadline despite almost continuously rainy weather. He has a great attitude and a helpful personality.
Description of Work: He demolished the old deck and built a 10 by 30 foot deck of pressure treated wood about 10 feet off the ground. He also did serious patching of the sill which had rotted under the old deck.

+ -1 moreThis is one of the best repair guys I've EVER had. He was inexpensive, did a fantastic job, was very reliable and very nice. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the work that he did.
Description of Work: Poured a reinforced concrete ramp into garage. Repaired badly cracked steps on porch. Reset stone in steps and fixed mortar on porch. Cut out tree stump near steps. Rebuilt 18 foot foundation for garage.

+ -1 moreHE WAS GOOD. HE WAS PROMPT, AND HE CAME AND LOOKED AT IT, AND TOLD ME WHAT IT WOULD COST AND TOLD ME WHEN HE COULD MAKE IT OUT HERE TO DO IT AND THEN CAME AND DID IT. IT COST WHAT HE SAID IT WOULD AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A NEW SIDEWALK. THEY TOOK OUT THE OLD CONCRETE AND INSTALLED ALL THE NEW CONCRETE.
