Thanks to Harding we will not have to enter this years cold season without heat! We are in the process of buying an older house that still had its (almost) original boiler furnace. They were quick to get to our house (we live outside of the Perry area and they never hesitated on wanting to help us) to inspect and even send a second guy (SAME DAY!) to give us a pretty good quote. They were quick to schedule the complete install of our new unit and the guys who came and worked on it were amazing! So friendly and professional who made sure we had all of the questions we could think of answered before they left (they even took the ancient broken system with them.) They made sure to walk us through the upkeep once winter ends and double tested everything to make sure it was going to do what it was supposed to do! Now that we have our full unit replaced we can sleep peaceful (and toasty warm) this winter and for the winters to come. Gladly recommend these guys for any questions, repairs, or replacements!

Great customer service and fast same day service. Clark was our Technician and he was very professional. He walked us through what was wrong with our furnace. Highly recommend Clark and will use this company again in the future.

Great job which was complicated by the fact we have a finished basement.

After he arrived, he told me he does not fix dishwashers! He tried one thing, but it did not work. When I called this company, I specifically told them it was a problem with my dishwasher. They should have told me then they do not fix dishwashers.

Serviceman showed up right on time. Replaced the flapper in toilet. Took about 15 mins. Was personable, clean and informative.

I was impressed with the responsiveness of this business. They called me right back after my initial call and were able to schedule an appointment within a few days. (I didn't suggest the problem was especially urgent.) Mr. Harding was on time and worked efficiently. He also let me know if I bought a coil snake I could still access the pipe without removing the drain cover, so in the future I could take care of these occasional clogs myself.

Extremely quick response (4 hours). Family owned and most employees are family. Very competent - they knew their stuff. Explained everything, gave me various options. We decided to replace the entire system because our pump was 22 years old. Totally professional in every way. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

On a chilly weekday morning, we noticed the thermostat was 3 degrees below the point that the boiler was to start. When I went to check the boiler, there was no sounds from the boiler. I called promptly at 7 a.m. (their opening time). Their response was prompt. The boiler was repaired (it was a burned out element that triggers the boiler to start) and I was on my way to work by 8:30 The next Sunday, the heat went again. Quickly responded again. This time it was electrical. They said they would give it few days and send a bill if they didn't hear from me in a week. When the bill arrived, it was very reasonable for an off-shift call.

They were able to unblock the vent pipe without any damage and advised us that we were keeping the heat a little too low while we were away (mostly there in the summer). Harding Plumbing and Heating is wonderful to work with. They helped us out with a small problem last year on another property we owned and showed the same promptness and professionalism which is why we called them again.

These people are fast about they job, in and out in 3 days. I will call this guys back in the fall to do my boiler cleaning.

My phone call was returned promptly, and the technician arrived within 10 minutes of the estimate I was given. He was courteous, and polite, however a pretty strong odor of cigarette smoke accompanied him into the house. I had already disassembled the drain pipe, down to the trap. He whistled as he worked, which I took to be positive and calming.. It turned out to be a very dense hair clog, which he cleared and flushed, and then he reassembled everything I had taken apart except for the access panel. After wishing me a polite "You're all set, have a good day" and was on his way in under an hour.

I was away working, it was the beginning of winter on a Sunday night. My wife calls me and tells me that the heater keeps running and not kicking in. I knew what it was but I was 300 miles away so I told her to call. She called and when Shane called her back, they agreed that it would be OK until regular business hours on Monday and their man would stop by first thing. The next day he fixed it in less than 20 minutes and we had heat. When we get the bill of $180.00 we find there is an $80 charge for emergency service. When we decided to wait until the next day to perform this service there was no longer an emergency. They would not budge, though, the secretary said they need at least a 2 week notice for it not to be an emergency. So we paid the $80 for the phone call and have since taken our business elsewhere. Just know, for my family's comfort and safety I would have gladly paid the $100 charge for the service call. I believe this is not good business and others in this area should know about them.
