Bio Kleen Maids

I spoke with John on the phone several times about the job. I was told the job would cost $57/hour with three people cleaning, and all cleaning supplies would be provided by them. I liked that they used natural products and was impressed with the service I received on the phone. I gave John the address of the home, and set up a time to let them into the apartment. On the day of the cleaning, John and his crew showed up at the wrong property. I called him 20 minutes after they were supposed to be there and asked where they were. They were at the location that I had originally contacted them about a month earlier for an estimate, not at the apartment I had scheduled the cleaning for. He said they had been knocking on the door, but no one answered. John had my cell phone number, but did not call me to find out why no one was there. By the time they got to the correct property, it was 40 minutes after our appointment. When I scheduled the appointment, I had also asked John to call me when he left the property to let me know how much my total would be. I never received a call, and did not find out the total until looking at my credit card statement.
