Business owner very personable, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Owner Initially saved many dollars by talking me through a trouble-shooting procedure which identified a well water system problem repair procedure which he walked me through to ID a fix. Phone repair cost Zero. Shortly thereafter the problem reappeared and a further call, indicated a more major expensive part removal and replacement to fix. Owner came shortly thereafter on a weekend and made the required repair with professionalism and deep expertise. Cost was very much in-line with accepted practices and I was not overcharged for the materials and labor that was performed. I certainly will call Ferris pumps for any and all well water issues from the well pump through to the output of the softening system. I strongly recommend this company if you asre having problems with your well water system and do not know where to turn to get the problems fixed correctly the first time at reasonable prices.

He was prompt and exerienced. He identified the issue and promptly replaced the pump, wiring, and pipes immediately. He was friendly and informative. My only complaint is that they do not accept credit cards and need cash or check at time of service and this is not stated up front. When you are having $1200 worth of repairs done in an emergency situation, you may not be prepared to hand that amount over in cash.
