Description of Work: Paul installed a water softener and a whole house filter for me. |He was prompt, polite, neat with the work,and very thorough with the instructions on how to maintain the units. We would use him again!!

 + -1 moreOur whole house carbon filter cracked and was spraying water on the floor of the basement. I turned the water off and called Paul. He ordered a new filter and replaced it as soon as it came in. Would recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: I have a water softener that came with the house when I bought it. The previous owner told me that Skip (Paul) Knapp had installed. I had questions about the system. Skip came out when he was in the area of another call and spent 20 minutes with me explaining the system and answering questions and wouldn't charge me for the call.

 + -1 moreAs usual he did a wonderful job. He is our go-to plumber because of his honesty and work ethic. He always does just what he says he will, and often comes in under his quote. Very clean and professional, and willing to check out other problems you are having, if he has time. The only reason he doesn't get "A"'s across the board is because he is often late or has to push back an appointment when he has to deal with a more serious plumbing problem elsewhere. However, he always gets to us within a few days, or recommends someone else if he is too busy. We highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Replaced a part on a water treatment system and checked the system for leaks.

 + -1 morePaul Knapp has done plumbing repairs for us for years. He always does a wonderful job. Because he has so much work, you sometimes have to wait a bit for him to make it out. But if he can't make it promptly he'll send someone else out to help you get the problem taken care of. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Description of Work: Repaired leak on toilet. In the past he has fixed leaky pipes, replaced corroded plumbing, and installed water treatment systems for us.
