Mark Malcolm II

I think Mark Malcom is a very good realtor. I was just back in the area all summer where we have our summer cottage and his face is all over "For Sale" signs on the lake, so he's a very popular guy as far as handling the sales of places there. The last time I talked to him he seemed to be extremely good about not trying to overload the price that the house could be sold at, but that was before everything started going down hill. I certainly would trust his knowledge of the area and his ability to know what is a reasonable price to be asking for the properties that are there. Now sometimes people don't take his advice and here in Wisconsin we have a house on the street that has been on the market for maybe a year and a half now so it must be they're just asking too much for the house, so I think having a realtor who has a good idea of what the market would go for and has the ability to stick with it and advice his clients I think is really the kind of person you want as your realtor.
