I called him in the morning and he showed up in a couple of hours. He didn't charge me anything for coming out to look at the freezer.

My husband called Jim on a Monday morning and Jim was there Tuesday afternoon. He replaced the part, looked the dryer over and it is now working. Knowledgeable and professional.

It was fine. There was a little thing wrong with the switch and he fixed it. He called me back and let me know when he was coming. I had no problem with him. It was a pretty easy job.

He paid alot of attention and found that it was not worth fixing so when we bought a new dryer he came and installed it for us. I would say he is conscientious and reliable.

We have used him for a washing machine repair, too. The experience was wonderful, we've always been very satisfied with Mr. Multer's service. We've had him come a number of times and it's one of those situations where if he comes and there isn't a problem then we don't get charged for it. Usually most of the charge we have is for the parts, we have been very pleased. He comes on weekends and whenever we need him, he's pleasant and efficient and very reasonable. We would rate him the highest rating and I wouldn't use anyone else.

He comes right away. He has fixed washer, dryer, oven, etc. I'd recommend him to anyone!
