+ -1 moreThey overcharged us. They cut the bushes that we asked not too and we are not pleased at all. We were unhappy with them. They did not listened to us what we said and did what they wanted. They showed up when they felt like coming.

+ -1 moreThe men sent out to do the estimate spent the least amount of time and seemed least informed as to the qualities of possible products to be use. It took me very little time to decide they were not the ones I wanted to do the job.
Description of Work: I had 5 estimates for tearing off my old roof and reshingling the entire roof. Four of the estimates ranged from $7500-$8600. This company came back with an estimate of $14000! They nicely broke down the estimate showing $7000 just for materials. All estimates were for the same type of shingles. Obviously I didn't have them do the job. I had another company do a beautiful job for $7600.

+ -1 moreI had a beach house reshingled. I asked for a price and they (Janet Butler) gave me a complete 3-page proposal which was very thorough.I contracted them and paid 50%. They took care of the rest including getting the proper town permit, delivering it, and scheduling the roof installation time. The two workers arrived promptly at 8:00 AM, tore off the old shingles and installed a new roof including the rubber barrier and drip caps. They were very courteous and wasted no time. They cleaned up and left at 2:00 PM.Connect-A-Service has their own crews for doing most of your home work including installing appliances. I would highly recommend them for just about any work.
Description of Work: Replaced athe shingles on a 14' x 10' beach house.
