CHURCH CREATIVE FLOORING

Purchased flooring materials only, installation was done by me. I had better prices on line but like to shop locally. The wood flooring was ok but the padding they supplied was ripped and torn in several places also dirty with sawdust and small pieces of stone or gravel. Owner told us it was damaged by the forklift, to duct tape the ripped & torn areas and it would be fine. Ended up cutting it into 4X4 squares and taping it together to make it work. Cleaned it and taped all the small holes. The T- shaped wooden threshold came without the mounting channel. Owner said to just glue it down and it would be fine. They must make their money on installation so when a guy like me came along they saw an opportunity to dump some leftover damaged goods. I still like to buy locally but there are better choices than this.

Owner, Mike Westfall did actual measuring and estimate as well as reviewing our selection of flooring. Personally delivered the flooring 4 days early to prepare for installation. Installers were exactly on time and proceeded to do an excellent and professional job of removal. floor preparation and installation of the new floor. Drop cloths were placed and very neat in their work. Discovered a plumbing problem that would have ruined the new flooring and showed it to us. We had plumbing fixed and they finished the flooring. Special consideration to a fireplace hearth and all work looks beautiful. Very pleased.

I needed to replace the carpeting in my home, so I emailed them through their website. I explained what I needed and asked if they could help me. They never responded. I went with another carpet company and ended up quite pleased with the excellent service I received from Church's competitor. It was extremely rude and unprofessional to not respond to my inquiry.
