+ -1 moreAmazing, friendly, fast, and honest. This was one of the smoothest fixes I've ever had. Other places quoted me just to look at the mower and were scheduling 2-4 weeks out. Hidden Hallow got me in, looked at the mower, was honest about the quick/easy fix and got the mower back to me the next day!
Description of Work: Fixed the self-propel cable on my Toro push mower. Also, he went above and beyond to replace a broken stop fixture as well (without being asked)

+ -1 moreMy self propelled mower stopped working. I brought it to Hidden Hollow and the people were very friendly. They helped me get the mower out of my car, were very up front about the possibilities and said they would give me a call in a few days. I got a call the next day with a simple fix. I also happened to buy one of their used riding mowers. They delivered it to my house and took me through how everything works. I will definitely be using them again to maintain my lawn equipment and for any future repairs.
Description of Work: Repaired a broken lawn mower and performed a routine oil change. Delivered a riding lawn mower.

Description of Work: Took in a very, very old chainsaw for possible repair. Got a call withing 2 days with explanation of what was wrong and recommendation that is was not cost effective to pursue, which was anticipated. Straight forward and honest. Would recommend for any small engine repair.

Description of Work: I needed to get all of the gasoline out of my lawn mower so that the movers would take it to my new out-of-state house. In addition, I wanted the mower serviced for the new season. The movers were coming on Thursday, so I needed the work done right away. Hidden Hollow took the mower on Monday and returned it on Tuesday, as promised!

I would highly recommend using them if you feel you'll be over charged by the major brand companies who provide the same type of service. Highly recommended!

+ -1 moreRepairs were done and delivered as promised. It started right up and all seems OK. I will know if the repairs hold once lawn day comes and I mow the full lawn again, but its running and I believe the problem was properly diagnosed. If I recall correctly, Titus Mower wanted $30 to transport ONE WAY, which is why we looked elsewhere. I **believe** transport charges were $35 round trip. We thought this was more reasonable. We were so pleased with the speed of the repairs that we brought our in-laws powered mower to Lance and he fixed its problems the same day as well - $39 for a new belt and adjustments. (This we were able to drop off and retrieve ourselves.)
Description of Work: My riding lawn mower engine started running "rough" and eventually stalled out and would not start anymore. After replacing oil, gas, filters, spark plug, etc. I called Lance from Hidden Hollow Lawn and Garden. He picked it up Saturday morning and had it diagnosed and fixed by the afternoon. "The mounts for the rockers on the head of the machine backed out of their holes so neither valves, exhaust or intake, were opening fully." The rockers were "adjusted" and that fixed the problem. Transport, diagnosis, and repair cost $135.
