Very good. Toilet was installed in about 1 hr and worked perfectly, no leaks. He even put the old toilet in the new one's box and moved to the garage. would hire again for any plumbing work.

They are terrific. The price was perfect. We have always used them. They have always been on time, polite, called back within a reasonable length of time, show up when they are going to , and they do what they say. I would absolutely use them again.

Mike and Chris did a great job fixing the leak in our tub and then replacing the fixtures. While there they also looked at the old stack so they could give me a quote. I later hired Mike to come back and he replaced the stack with a new PVC one. On both visits they were on time, courteous, willing to answer questions I had and they did the work quickly and professionally. They also responded to my initial phone requests quickly. I would certainly hire them again.

Mike called me back within minutes, determined the job wasn't urgent (the drain was slow, not stopped completely), and scheduled the work the following morning. He and his helper arrived in good time. Before sending a snake down the pipe, Mike asked to see the basement to assure himself there wasn't anything that would be subject to damage -- that struck me as knowledgeable and careful. The basement checked out, he put the snake down and cleared several small blockages. Summary: speedy service, professional, pleasant, upbeat, got the job done, no complaints, will call him again. (He even took his shoes off.)

It went very well. Mike showed up on time and was a patient listener. What I found most impressive was his effort to REPAIR something before concluding that its replacement was necessary. Not only that, when I asked him about bigger jobs others had told me were critical, such as replacing old cast-iron pipe, he calmed my apprehensions by describing the trouble signs that would warrant concern and showing me they were not there. Because of this concern for avoiding unnecessary and costly work, Goodwill is at the top of my list when it's time for bigger jobs such as bathroom renovation.

As in our previous calls to Goodwill Plumbing, Mike got back to us right away and was able to come first thing the next morning. He replaced the toilet's "innards" (flapper, etc.) so it's working fine for our tenant. Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair cleanly and professionally. Very happy! with these fellows, they know their stuff.

Our downstairs tenant noticed a bulge in her ceiling. Mike and his father responded quickly to our call. They diagnosed the problem as a leaky upstairs toilet that was allowing water to build up below. They reset and caulked around the toilet. It didn't take them long, and they didn't leave any mess. After getting the downstairs bulge in the ceiling plastered over we haven't experienced any further problem, so the Goodwill guys diagnosed it correctly and got the leak stopped. Kudos on a tricky job that turned out great. This was our first call to Goodwill but it hasn't been the last, they've earned our trust.

Goodwill's name says it -- Mike responded to my call very promptly, showed up when he said he would, also very promptly, and got the job done beautifully. Nice guy, easy to do business with. I will absolutely call him again.

He is fantastic. They are very sensitive. Their prices are right. They do what they said they're gonna do and when they said they're gonna do it. It is amazing. They are absolutely very professional.

Mike and his son provided me with a catalog from which to choose the sink and faucet. They ordered my choices and installed them quickly and professionally. I have used Mike several times over the years (hot water heater, disposal installation, miscellaneous drain issues, etc.). I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

The owner, Mike, and his son, Mike, were able to schedule an appointment very quickly, were punctual and quickly diagnosed the problem. They had to come back a day later after we bought a new faucet and it was installed. It was a small job, but important. The men were pleasant and professional. I would certainly rely upon them in the future.

Mike was on time. Looked at my issue and knew exactly what needed to be done. The price and workmanship were excellent. He was done in no time.I would use him again.

Very smoothly. Mike had it diagnosed over the phone and came at the end of one of his days. He was correct with his diagnosis and the problem was fixed quickly. I'd say it took less than an hour!

They are very reasonably priced for the quality of service. They clean up after themselves, they are reliable and courteous - and they do great work. They always showed up on time and I never had them cancel or postpone anything. I don't really remember exactly how much everything was each time I had them here, I just remember always feeling like it was a fair price for the services. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Great! I've relied on Goodwill Plumbing for years for routine services, so when the bathroom needed remodeling, my first phone call was to Mike Gruttadaro. He was already familiar with the room and the house, which made for a good start. He came over with his friend Jake, the tile and carpentry guy he calls in for jobs that involve more than plumbing. They talked me through the project, recommended materials, directed me to showrooms for fixtures and tile, and gave a very rough estimate of the potential cost range. They insisted on NOT starting until all materials had been ordered and delivered, and they promised that they would be the ones doing the work, not a series of subcontractors. I signed a final detailed contract including final cost for materials and labor, orders were placed, and work started after everything was delivered to my home. Throughout the project, I was impressed by their meticulous attention to detail, their high standards, and their on-going communication -- with each other and with me. As can be expected in an old house, floors and walls were crooked, and there were a few surprises along the way, but they were excellent problem solvers. They were also good people -- punctual, pleasant, honest, respectful of me and my house. Work was completed on time and on budget. Everyone needs a good doctor, dentist, lawyer, car mechanic . . . and plumber. I'm very glad to have Goodwill Plumbing in my circle of support!

I've called Mike twice. Both times, he has been very responsive, quick, neat, professional and very reasonably priced. He is a nice guy and feel very comfortable having him in my home.
