DogWatch Hidden Fences

Description of Work: I used DogWatch Hidden Fences; they put in an electric dog fence.

Description of Work: Install electric invisible fence, returned 3 times for training and spoke with by phone several times for advice/reassurance with training

Description of Work: Came for estimate. - on time. Came and installed and got paid in cash. - on time. Service after the fact. - terrible. Many phone calls to them about product. Even wanted to buy more. - no response. When we finally got a response (about 10 days later) it would be during the day. My husband and I both work, so I would ask them to (per voicemail ) to come or call in evening. They refused to do so, stating (per voicemail) that they could only do business during day. I found that very interesting, being that when they wanted the job, they came in the evening. When they got paid (over $1000 - don't remember exact amount), they came in the evening. Then when I asked for customer service after the fact, we just were not important enough, I guess. Really don't want to ever call them again, but we are told by the "Dogwatch" franchise, that we cannot buy any Dogwatch products, except from the people that we purchased from. Hopefully we will only ever need batteries for the system. We certainly can't count on them. (FYI - installation date is approximate, just don't remember exactly)

Description of Work: Billone Fence came out and did a site assessment. They made some excellent recommendations on the fence lines. Within two days of our meeting they came out to do the install. They installed the system in our garage and then carefully cut a line across the driveway to place the wire and then they ran the wire around the property. They made sure that there was a ground rod installed and then they flagged the yard and put up placards. We did training with my dog on the first night and continued training for two more days. The whole process was completely organized and the communication was clear and concise through the whole process.
