It went great. They were timely and when needed adjusted their schedule according to the weather. I have been using this service for 5 years.

The one and only contractor we contacted to design and build our outdoor space! We were impressed from the beginning with the designer's attentiveness to our needs/wants and proposed design. Our project is nearly complete and overall we are quite happy with the results. We recommend Blake and team; good craftsmanship, talented crew, professional interactions and responsive.

This service is part of the annual multi-part yard and property fall clean-up and winter readiness. Job was performed was completed as described and earlier than expected!

The work hasn't begun as yet but wanted to comment on the professionalism of providing our neighborhood association with a quote. Josh, from Blake Miller, met me and we walked thru the mall noting things that needed done. He sent me a proposal right on target for our needs but did need minor revision based on stages of the work for completion. He was willing to accept our preference for stages and also deposits for work to be completed (some needed upfront deposit and others will be billed after completion). He listened well, quote was detailed and professionally presentable and he was efficient.

Very professional from start to finish. They came up with a great design and paid attention to all of the details. I am very particular and I felt comfortable through the entire job. My family and I are more than satisfied with the result. We did meet with a few other companies but chose Blake Miller based upon their design and attention to detail. Glad we did and highly recommend.

HORRIBLE. Advertised one price, charged us another. Tried to discuss and come to an agreement. NO WAY, Blake would not have it. Ended contract and sued us for about 1500.00

Horrible, my wife and I did a full year out project in out backyard to put in an In ground pool. Blake Miller accounted for 10% of our whole project cost (which was $6,000h but 100% of our headaches. Then the owner BLAKE MILLER tried to charge me $1,200 over the original $7,000 contract. Don't use this company.

They did a lack luster job of plowing and only plowed about 2/3 of the driveway. The driver made one pass up the middle of the driveway and despite their being reflective markers to indicate the boundaries of the driveway left about 1.5 feet on each side unplowed. Additionally the plow left about 3 feet in front of my garage unplowed. I called to complain several times and each time I was brushed off and told they would tell the driver, but the service did not improve in subsequent visits. I was told they don't get close to the garage because garage doors are expensive to replace. I understand that concern, but if three feet is the closest their drivers can get, they may want more experienced and practiced plow drivers. I have had plow contracts with other providers in the past and they never stopped that far from the garage. I would not recommend them and definitely won't hire them again.

An Inquiry and check was sent for potential service. I followed up with several calls after the original call to tell them of my interest of their service. Some calls were not answered and a message was left. On four occasions I spoke with individuals and one led me to believe that I would receive service. On another occasion someone told me that they could not find my information. The last day I spoke to a representative who must have contacted her supervisor, because he contacted me later that day via e-mail to tell me that the service for my area was full. In my opinion this company has poor communication and organization skills. I would not recommend or use. Check was sent, but not cashed.

I am writing to the attorney general right now regarding this service. It was horrible service. They failed to perform to the terms of the contract. They were late, did not provide the service contracted for, and then sent me to three different collection agencies when I refused to pay the balance of the contract. I wrote to them initially trying to resolve our dispute. I have called and they don't return phone calls, I responded to the credit agencies, two of which dropped Blake Miller altogether, and the third agency continues to pursue. So I have gone to the Better Business Bureau and have been exonerated by the Better Business Bureau. The business is rated an F by the Better Business Bureau and there are currently 21 complaints against them. The business bureau has advised me to go to the attorney general. My credit rating dropped because of going to collection. There are also other complaints on Angie's List.

Terrible. I feel like Blake's boys lied to him. And that Blake would not honor the agreement I had with them. I look for service companies to "do the right thing" and they'll gain my respect forever. Blake clearly doesn't want our business, which is his choice. I only wish they'd have said that in the beginning. Will never recommend or use Blake Miller Landscraping.

The weekly mows were adequate, though they never did a very good job of blowing clippings of my porch and patio, it was serviceable for the $32/week we were paying. The healthy lawn pest control, fertilization, etc was outsourced to another provider, something Blake Miller never mentioned. I actually liked the third party folks, Highland, who are apparently in a dispute with Blake Miller over non-payment. The price was a bit steep, but as I like to bundle services for convenience, it was worth it to me to find an all in one business. (hence my disappointment over the sub-contracting) I just got my bill for this year's fall cleanup: $520! In past years, I've paid no more than $250 for such service. Our lot is .75 acres, we have no flower beds or shrubbery and minimal trees. This is too much, and I was given no indication that it could run this high. I have paid this bill today, but am deeply upset by it. Finally, the customer service with Blake Miller is terrible. When I sent in my 2015 contracts , I requested that my lawn me mowed later in the week than in 2014, when they came on Tuesdays. When I was assured this was possible, I pre-paid the entire season. When the mowing started, the came on MONDAY. exactly the opposite of what I had requested and was assured would happen. Calls and emails to Blake went unreturned. Since I had paid for the season, I decided to simply ride it out and find a new provider for the 2016 season. However, after hearing from Highland Lawn about their issues with Blake, and then receiving that ridiculous bill for my fall clean up, I felt compelled to post here and on other social media sites to share my experiences.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service we received. Not only were we repeatedly not plowed when we should have been (snow depth above 3 inches), but when we were plowed the service was performed in a sloppy manner. On one occassion during a bad storm they were so late getting to my house that I couldn't get into the driveway. I don't expect them to be perfect, and i understand bad weather causes delays, but what is the point of paying for a plow service if I can't get into my drive way at all times?

As I explained under,"what did the provider do" he did the most miserable job and I would advise anyone who is thinking of hiring Blake Miller not to never hire him. I would love to fire him, however, he insisted we sign a contract, which we never had to do with our last plow man, and he refuses to return the money, he insisted we pre-pay for the entire season. Because we had such excellent service before ,it simply never occurred to us how badly Blake Miller would turn out to be. So our only recourse is to warn anyone else who is considering hiring this man, not to do it.

He's remarkable. I've referred all the neighbors to him. This year, he's sending out emails when to expect them to come out. And, if I call and ask for a clean up plow he will come right out. He's worked out extremely well.

I attempted to contact Blake Miller Lawn & Landscape on 3 separate occasions to discuss the possibility of contracting with them for snow removal services. I called and left vm's requesting a call back on both 12/11 & 12/12, and I also filled out their online request form for a quote for snow removal services on their website. Nobody ever bothered to contact me back despite my multiple attempts to reach them and the multiple messages left. In my opinion, a company that doesn't even have the professional courtesy to return phone calls or respond to requests submitted via their own website is a company that doesn't care about it's brand- and a company that doesn't care about it's brand isn't likely to care about their customers or the quality of their work.
