We had a good experience with Bernie. The quality of the work is amazing, and includes really nice details especially on the trip. The crew was very nice, cleaned up after themselves.

The start date was dragged out more than 2 months. The removal of the existing siding was not well supervised and significant damage was done to seven (7) windows. The siding was installed very well and relatively quick. The aluminum trim could have moved a little quicker but was very well done. The site was cleaned up. Shutters were installed quickly and very well.

They are very nonr-esponsive to come back to fix anything. I was very disillusioned by them. It was a struggle to get them out, which they eventually come back. We no longer have any leaks in our house, so I think they've finally fixed it.

Very well. A team of two workers came and the lead worker gave me detailed info on what he was doing and why throughout the project. He also replaced some makeshift screening (previous owner) on the back roof with a nicer looking vent, and explained how he was going to patch a plywood section rather than replace it to avoid having to disturb the window nearby. The cleanup was 99% complete; a few shingles and nails are still being found, but this seems unavoidable.

Bernie Williams came to the house to measure and supply the estimate. He recommended a different configuration of the windows that turned out to be a better fit. The installer was very professional and did an excellent job with the installation of the windows. Included in the price was aluminum trim on the outside of the house for a very nice appearance.

Bernie Williams Siding is very trustworthy. He gave great ideas for the window and door selection. The quality of the product and installation is excellent. I would recommend him to others.
