John and Perfect Air Solutions are awesome. They are a rarity in my experience. They say what they are going to do, and they do it, and do it well. If something changes (i.e. one day John had to come late because some jobs backed up) they communicate early and often. They stayed (really) late one night to finish the job, because that's what they committed to. And, they do it with a smile - really nice people. I would highly recommend John and Perfect Air Solutions if you've got HVAC work to be done.

John has been a lifesaver to me and my family. Upon purchasing our new home my father and I decided that we would upgrade the old thermostats to smart thermostats and ended up leaving us without heat on the 2nd day of owning my new home. John fixed the old thermostats and gave us heat again. Since that time John has been in my home to upgrade the controller on my heating system, install smart thermostats and save the day on Christmas Eve. He is now my go to person for Heating and Air Conditioning needs!

Had a late night problem with my furnace and John contacted me right away. I texted him pictures of my furnace and was able to answer any questions i had that night. Next day arrived on time and fixed the problem quickly. He was courteous and honest and didn't try to over charge me for things i didn't need.
