Honest,punctual,polite, gentleman. Gave us a fair price and explained everything! Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System Job well done,timely and good price. I would have given 5 stars. But ,after the completion of the job, John did not cooperate with us to give us his license # . We need it to get our rebate. We contacted him several times. He said that he would provide the information,but never did. Too bad! We liked him until then.

Arrived as scheduled and serviced my condensing unit. He was supposed to followup to replace the unit as it was already 15yrs old but never did.

Came to repair just one unit but also checked out the second unit as well. Checked out the thermostat, compressor and the unit in our attic. He made the needed repairs, replaced the broken parts and added Freon to the broken unit and replaced some small items like screws and valve covers. Very thorough, quick, kept us informed. Fair price. I liked him and the way he works.

John was quick to respond and very courteous. He explained everything being done. A pleasure to deal with.

John was quick to respond to my HomeAdvisor inquiry, he arranged to go round to the property that same afternoon and followed up with a quote a few days later after researching appropriate solutions. I dont know whether his price was good value or not because i have never had similar work done but I believe he was a trustworthy contractor and I dont believe he took advantage of me by overcharging. He has provided a 12 month warranty on his labor in addition to the longer warranty provided by the equipment manufacturer. I am happy with the service and would recommend John and his team.
