John at Perfect Air is amazing. Responded to my project right away. We accepted proposal on a Sunday night and he ordered the AC equipment and was here with his crew first thing Tuesday morning. He’s super responsive and stopped by day after job was done to make sure everything was running correctly and asked how we liked his team. Had an issue with the smart thermostat a couple weeks later and I sent him a text and he came by the next day. All of this plus a good value! His proposal was in line with some others in the area, blew Sears out of the water and could install the quickest! Seriously John is everything you look for when working with something.

These guys are amazing. John Viggiano came out and assessed our situation. He offered one solution that made a lot of sense, but when we decided to do it a different way, he went back to the drawing board and quickly came up with the perfect plan for us. Vic and the other installers did first-rate work and everything was done very quickly and professionally. Highly recommended company.

John was extremely responsive throughout the process--from the appt to get the quote to the installation and even after. We discovered water coming into our basement the night the unit was installed. I called John at about 7 pm and left a message. He called right back, His crew came back the next day to investigate the issue. The discharge tube was clogged (the tube was existing from the previous unit that hadn't been used since last year). They cleared it out and everything has been great since.
