MANOR TREE CO INC

Very poorly responsive. I have used them before and the have always been hard to coordinate with but this last time was the worst. I finally get the owner to come out to review the job and then he never followed up with a quote. I called 6 times and spoke to someone who said they would have him follow up but nothing. Total waste of my time. Will never use again.

Not yet 4 Tree said he can't make it

Ed came to give me an estimate and he said they had the time to do the work. I have tried to schedule the work now for 2 months, calling and speaking to the woman at the main number (the only number they gave me). She says she only schedules the estimate appointments not the work (?) so I have spoken to her 4 or 5 times leaving messages with her for Ed to call me to schedule the removal. Complete radio silence.

Manor does Good work. They show up as scheduled, do a nice job with the trees and cleanup really well. I have used them annually for several years and been very happy with their performance.

They were very responsive. They met with me to review the job before they began. They showed up at the scheduled time and worked very carefully to prune only where I wanted work to be done. I highly recommend Manor Tree!

Manor Tree Company has advised us on how to care for the large and rare trees on our property, we heard about what a great job they did from neighbors. The trees had been neglected for years; Manor Tree revitalized each tree; they are now healthy and beautiful. We could not be happier.

They did a great job and spent time giving advice on other issues. I would use them again and recommend them.

I was not home at the time so I have no idea but the results were as good as expected.

All work was performed with a degree of professionalism not always found in this type of business. George worked with me on planning and scheduling and showed up as promised. The workmen took great care in placing the new trees in a visually pleasing manor and leaving the work areas free from debris. The final product was a vast improvement over the existing landscaping. My mom was pleased!

It didn't. No one called me despite repeated attemps.

Excellent. After trying to work with another service that never came to give me a quote, I contacted Manor Tree Co. They scheduled the quote visit and arrived when they said they would. They took a look at the tree and advised us that there was a danger of damage to our neighbor's car. I cleared everything up with the neighbor, who decided not to move the car. Manor Tree Co again arrived when they said they would and were able to remove the tree without damaging the neighbor's car. I was expecting it to cost a lot more than it did. I'm completely happy with all aspects of the service they provided.

Great - highly recommend Manor Tree

The crew was excellent working in a very small area in our back yard. They arrived on time & helped move some material in the way of the site. They did a wonderful job making sure the cut wood didn't fall on our deck or the neighbor's wooden fence. They even went into the neighbor's yard to clean up wood shavings after they were done. They did a great job cleaning up the entire work area and the driveway on their way out. They were very conscious of everyone's safety. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

I was given an estimate from Manor Tree for the two holly trees and the removal of the sapling. Mr. Mancuso noticed the laurel also required pruning and included this without extra charge. The work was performed when scheduled in an exemplary way. I am completely confident in the ability and honesty of this company. I would use them for any future tree services I might require, and I will be happy to recommend them to others.

I selected Manor tree based on other positive reviews and most importantly they were the most competitive price. They arrived promptly and were extremely professional. They left the yard in immaculate condition. I would certainly use them again in the future.

Ed came by and provided a very fair estimate compared to other's I had received. I was impressed with his knowledge and his description of the work he would do. The team arrived on time and was very professional. They took care of the area around the trees and did a very thorough job of cleaning up when they were done. They even chopped a few pieces of fire wood for us. Would DEFINITELY use Manor Tree Co. again!

I was given an estimate on 9/12/13 for a tree pruning, and the work was supposed to have been done within a week after the estimate. About 2 weeks later, I reached out unsuccessfully 4 times and left several messages for a call back to check on the status of the job. I needed to know if they were still interested in doing the job and still nothing. Except for the secretary in the office, I was unable to reach anyone. Needless to say, I got another company to do the job on 10/15 and strangely enough I received a return call on 10/17 to inform me there was a crew nearby and they were going to come over and prune the tree. In my subtle way I told them the job was already done and to go take a hike.

Great job. Came by quickly for estimate for tree removal and to evaluate several large oaks on property. We got 4 estimates and this was the second lowest. George had a nice manner and spent time explaining things about our trees to us during the estimate/walk through. Tree removal itself was smooth -- the crew came and took down the trees and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks for a great overall experience.

The whole experience was very professional from start to finish. I had gotten 5 estimates and they were the lowest by far. Their work was extremely professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They left the property looking exactly the way it did before they arrived minus the tree. They even blew the grass back up after removing the mats that they laid down. I would definitely use them again. Thank you George and crew!!

It went very well, they were on time for an estimate, did the work quickly and throughly. Charges us less then the estimate because they were able to complete the job in less time then first estimated. Nice people, recommend then highly.

We just got an estimate to prune two big trees on out property. A week after the estimate arrived, so did Hurricane Sandy, aftr being without power for 8 days, and slowly recovering from that, we decided to wait until the Spring to do the work.

A snow storm damaged a plum tree in our backyard. Certain branches were bent over and didn't recover. Manor Tree Co trimmed the tree and braced one of the larger branches. The tree looks great.

They really did a very good job and everything was just the way we wanted. They were very good and cleaned up perfectly.

Three men showed up early as promised and worked approximately 4 hours to do the job. They didn't stop until they were finished. They cleaned up and carted all debris away. The owner, Ed Mancuso stopped by to inspect the work and make sure what was agreed upon was done. I was also able to apply a $25 coupon from Angie's List which was honored by Manor.

Mr. Mancuso never called me. I kept calling and leaving messages (voicemail and via receptionist). He didn't even have the courtesy to just call and say he couldn't do the job. I must have called 10 times. I guess he just couldn't be bothered with me.
