When my mini-split needed replacement, this company gave me a quote and a schedule that was competitive and quick. No multiple trips, no extended consultations. Over the phone, we worked out the transaction and all its details and it was installed quickly and professionally. The cost was lower and installation time was much quicker than I could accomplish with others that I had contacted. A furnace failure right before holidays was a more difficult challenge. Despite the fact that the company was "closed" for the holidays, the staff jumped through hoops to get me estimates and ultimately to repair the furnace. I contacted four different companies for repair and replacement estimates after learning that my failed parts would be costly to replace. One company that I had used previously quickly offered replacement estimates. Two others never submitted proposals. Euro-Comfort not only offered estimates but ultimately made a repair that was much less costly than my first estimate. Even more impressive was the work ethic. It didn't matter that it was New Year's eve or New Year's Day or that the office was closed. The staff were committed to taking care of my problem. Wow!

We contracted with Euro Comfort to install a/c in our house. Tony was great. His attention to detail and expertise made our experience the most hassle-free home improvement project yet. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work and follow-up.

They came within the hour of my call, immediately told me the problem and fixed it. I had called someone else and they didn't even tell me the problem just the cost 1,700. Thank God I decided on a second opinion .

It took a while to get them here but it was do to getting permit but once they got it went good. Very happy with work so far

I called Home Depot to get an estimate to install central A/C and they quickly set me up with Euro Comfort. The technician came out on time and spent a good amount of time looking at the house. He was very professional. We discussed also getting an estimate to rework the heating pipes to re-zone the heat. Also we discussed estimates for adding heating to the central a/c system. So far, so good. BUT I had to call the company 2 times after 2 weeks to get the estimate. What I finally got back was an unprofessional outline of an a/c estimate written on 1/2 of a page that just listed one flat price of $40,000. That is more than twice the going rate (and I've had several more estimates). They also did not give me the other estimates that I asked for. I will not hire them.....I'm very disappointed i Home Depot for making them their sole contractor in the area.

They did an excellent job. They were responsive. They came at the end of their day the day we called and did a great job on helping us. They were very accommodative. The price that they gave me was reasonable and they did quality work.
