D RAGNO LANDSCAPING CORP

I was given an itemized list of landscaping work which was to be performed during the 2013 season. I soon realized that services for which I was charged had not been performed. I contacted Mr. Radno in June, but he did not respond. In the fall I contacted him again. This time I withheld payment for work which had not been done. Mr. Radno insisted he had done the work. I spoke with his crew who stated they had not performed the services. When I spoke again with Mr. Radno, he claimed to have hired an outside company to complete the contract items. It is the law in this area that a customer must be informed of and accept in writing any additional charges which are not covered in the contract. I was repeatedly shocked by the additional charges added to my bills. My yard was terrible. I have never had more dismal results. The vegetables were inedible or did not come to fruition at all. The ground was like cement, and most of the grass was dead or overgrown with broadleaf weeds which were supposed to have been eliminated as per the contract.

We love our landscaper that we didn't find on Angie's List. We've been using them for 2 years. They're great. They're always on time and they're always looking to get rid of the issues before I alert them if the issues. If I could give them a plus, I would.
