Very professional company. Courteous workers, on time. Very neat in painting all surfaces.

It went very well.....but as in all things you need to be on top of the work. Any areas that were either missed or unsatisfactory were remedied immediately and without further discussion. Be sure to have everything you want done IN the contract. Any extras will be either charged or negotiated. For the most part, they are very responsive and fair. I did not get other estimates as I was looking for quality and good recommendations for both ability and good character and oversight rather than a cheaper price. Therefore I did not respond to the price question above. However, I believe them to be in the higher end.

Everything they have done has come out wonderfully. Every person I have dealt with from various departments of the company has been professional and friendly. The painters are all extremely professional and they do wonderful work. They work extremely cleanly. I liked dealing with the painters because they were courteous and always available to answer questions/address concerns. Everything has come out so well. Because of the high quality of their work, their professionalism, great customer service, and the high quality of materials and paints that they use, I feel their pricing has always been well worth it. I basically know that whenever I hire them, it is going to be an easy, low stress job for me, because I trust them, and I know I will be very happy with the end product.

Worked well took most of the stains off. One goof, he accidently spilled some cleaner on a part of the deck so he power washed the entire deck without charge.

AG Williams rocks. I will recommend and recommend some more. Management has instilled a culture of pride and professionalism and their crew knows all the bases to cover. Christian is a treasure and a wonderful ambassador for the co. The thoroughness and neatness of the work and the targeted communication with the client is a winning combo. I gave the co. a B for price, but that is just because it's high. BUT, it is 2-3 times higher than the other estimates (refering to previous evaluator) because the quality of the work is 2-3 times higher. As I checked over their work for mistakes and redos, I couldn't help but notice their superior work compared to all my previous paint jobs. They spent much time prepping, key to a perfect finish. And these guys can cut, yo. They didn't touch the wall to wall carpet and the edges were unbelievable. Now THAT'S a paint job.

They responded on a timely basis but their qoute was 2 to 3 times higher than the other four contractors. It is likely that they were not interested in such a small job.

Carlos did an excellent job.Paul the marketing manager and Liane the estimated came on the first day to review what was expected.Carlos was polite, neat and arrived everyday promptly at 8am and worked until 5pm everyday .i was also able to negotiate the price and was asked what I thought the price should be. Would use them again in the future.

They were the most professional company I have ever worked with. I wont let anyone else do work for me. They are extermely clean. They are always on time and extremely professional.

Started job on agreed date; worked diligently for several days to complete job; excellent preparation work.

I stayed the first day to sort of see how the crew worked. I saw how expertly they were patching and sanding and prepping. Then, I met the crew chief, and, with the level of preparation they were doing on the surfaces---and it was major---I gave them the front door key and left! Now, who do you do THAT with today? Williams Paint. Luckily, I had somewhere else to go stay for the duration of the job, and so, left them to do their thing. We're just back to inspect and it looks super great. They have a decorator, Liane, on staff, also, to help you pick colors and make up to date suggestions as part of their package. And, she's great. Give them the deposit. They put you on their schedule. And, start when they say. They finished the entire place, outside work, too---all the trim--tons of windows, some of the body of the house, and full power wash, chimney---this is a big tall old house---in four weeks, I think. We had lots of stuff in the house but, they moved it out of their way. No scratches on the brand newly refinished floors, either.They kept in touch by phone with any questions, but, pretty much nailed everything we discussed previously. Can't say enough about their professionalism. So, I wouldn't ever hire anyone else to paint. They warned me they weren't the cheapest, but, I thought they were in line with others from reputable firms that I've had many years ago! MANY!. But, they are more than fair value and professional and they show up bright and early and work a long day if they can--so my neighbors said. They were impressed. There is a difference between a do-it-yourself quality job with minimum prep work, and substandard materials and homeowner quality paint skills, and a top quality job. I got the latter! Very pleased.

The entire experience was a pleasure and the quality of the work was outstanding. The sales person Paul was knowlegable and responsive. The painting crew were polite and worked very clean and meticulously. The painting involved alot of new wood modling around doors, windows, floor, and crown molding. They did such a good job that Paul has contacted me about touch up on the wood work as it ususal contracts over time but even after ~5 years there are no issues. I recommned AG William to my neighbors who had the exterior of their house painted and they did a faboulous job on that as well.

At this point, I have only received an estimate and the company has been very professional and reliable. The estimator came on very short notice, was knowledgable about the work and the company and followed up with an estimate in the time frame promised. The price is somewhat high but may be worth the results - we have not decided yet.

I did not use this provider because I had a friend that ended up doing the work.

They were very efficient very courteous, prompt, professional and I would definitely recommend them although I haven't used them yet but from that stand point they were very good.

They gave a good estimate, but we ended up using a different painter who had a slightly lower cost. They were good; they came in and did a nice job in terms of the estimate. They are professional, but we ended up taking a different alternative just out of cost and personal reference. They came out the next day. They did an excellent job in responding. They were just more expensive and then we went with another very strong reference. They were more expensive than I wanted to pay.

They're very good, just very happy. They were prompt, efficient and their work is good.

They were amazing! George, the owner was extremely friendly. The company was very professional and easy to deal with. They were very responsive to all of my needs. Also, they were quick and clean. I can't say enough good things about them. I thought, their price was totally in the middle. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Contactor showed up exactly when he promised. The crew was outstanding and extremely cooperative. They worked quickly and neatly throughout the job and actually finished early. Everything was done as specified and I am extrmely pleased with the result.

Exceptional quality & service. On time, polite, communicative. Very high quality work. I have used them several times now. Worth the money - you will see the difference.

I was given 2 men for a day to perform the job. They arrived promptly at 8am. Both were very polite, professional and respectful. I could not be more pleased with the work done. They did a great job of removing all wallpaper from the walls, cleaned and primed them for painting and finished everything at the end of their work day as promised. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards. I think they were a bit pricey, but in this case, I definitely got what I paid for. I would not hesitate to use them again if I could afford.

They were creative and they gave me a lot of ideas. They were neat and they were great. They were prompt. They were not the least expensive, but they were very good.
