+ -1 moreFrank was on top of everything we needed. He coordinated with building inspector, responded to my messages promptly, showed up on time and got the job done. He was professional, courteous and clearly experienced.
Description of Work: After the general contractor and his plumber abandoned our renovation project, we needed help finishing the work.
