 + -1 moreDon't know how he passed your certification. He is not a contractor he is more of a handyman. Made so many mistakes and sloppy worker. His crew seemed to be workers he picks up from a group that hangs out on the corner. After being paid I noticed some sgaddy work. He refused to come back and fix his mistakes. He had to rescreen my porch 3 times. He had no idea what he was doing.
Description of Work: Exterior, power washing, painting, trim work. Screen repair.

Felipe and his workers came to the rescue, way above my expectations. They are extremely detail oriented. They are big on customer service. I rarely write any positive reviews. Moving forward myself and all my referrals would be using this company.
Description of Work: Interior Painting.. 1-Repair all the walls and ceiling that have flaws, cover the ceiling tier with Sheetrock, put panels on the bar counter, put pieces of molding on the entire floor along with baseboards to cover the imperfections. In metal posts do Molding finishes on the ceiling and floors. Finish the walls under the stands and make a small closet, give a quality finish to the entire basement, how to repair imperfections and paint the entire ceiling, walls, trims, doors and baseboards, also change a Step of the bleacher broken. Paint the entrance door to the basement. -Install top and bottom moldings on existing poles - Add AFCI breaker in electrical panel -Install 3 way switch - Add molding and door to existing electrical panel - Add vents to boiler and laundry room door - Install a steel egress window well with escape ladder/level floor to add gravel

 + 8 moreSoMe other things I always appreciate - each day he leaves the site immaculate and never dangerous. His guys are smart and experienced and a pleasure to get to know. They were very patient when I wanted to watch and learn (and ask a million questions). Felipe is not loud or outspoken - he is measured and thoughtful and totally reachable. I cannot say enough good things about him.
Description of Work: Felipe Tigre and co have don’t a tremendous amount of quality work for me. Last year one of his guys caught an architectural error and they’ve kept me from making any number of terrible mistakes. When there was a time crunch on one of the projects, Felipe went over and above to finish, despite my insistence that he rest. He’s done exterior painting, bathrooms, floors, kitchen, living rooms - he even assembled my little boy’s bed. I would trust him to do anything he says he can do and to also be completely honest about what he can and can’t do and what I can reasonably expect. Felipe has also always been incredibly reasonably priced. When I first hired him he beat all the estimates and has continued to be very transparent and quite clearly honest.
