+ -1 moretech was fine and diagnosed problem. a week later still has not returned countless calls and still has not sent sears a status report needed in order to fix problem I left countless messages that go straight to voice mail . I spoke to David the one time someone answered and he advised that he would call me right back. Two days later and I still have not heard from any body. This has been going on for 8 days.
Description of Work: came to diagnose central ac problem from sears home warranty.
