PRECISION BUILT FENCE INC

I emailed this company to inquire about adding a small section (4 ft) of wrought iron railing to an existing rail. She said to send photos which I did. Some time went by and I got back in touch. She said someone would come by to look in person, would that be ok. I said yes. Then time went by and I emailed again. Well now they needed to take measurements. We made an appointment which I specifically asked her to confirm since I'd be taking time from work. She emailed that it was confirmed. No one showed. I called and was told he didn't really need to come but the price would be $975. No apologies for missed appointment.. Price seemed high for a small section of rail. Rick "was in a meeting and couldn't speak to me". I told her to forget it.

We played a little phone tag in the beginning, I called and left a message and then they called me back. It was a lady that called and left a message. I called back and asked for her, the man that answered said she wasn't available but that he was the OWNER and he could help. I asked for an estimate for installing a fence, he mentioned he didn't have his schedule book in front of him so he asked for my number and said he would call me back to schedule an appointment. He (the Owner) never called back. I called two days later and again the Owner picked up, he recognized me and apologized for not calling back and promised he would call me back to set-up an appointment. Guess what..he never called back. if the Owner doesn't call you back just to make an appointment to give him work then why would I even ask him for one, let alone trust him to do my work.

We used Precision Built Fence for our new wood fencing (mounted on an existing stone foundation wall) about 5 years ago, and they did a good job. The price was decent, and the fence looked good (hidden mounting posts with no cross beams). While I was happy with the previous work, I remember it took a bit of chasing them down to get the quote and to get the work done then... I won't do that again.

After a deposit of 50%, they took forever to put me on their "calendar". When they installed the fence instead of being off the ground, it sits right on the ground and thus the fence is not level. Overall, I would not hire this company again.

They were fabulous, very professional, on time,responsive and a good price. GREAT!!!

They were very unprofessional. They claimed to have scooped out the job when we were not at home which would have meant entering through a private gated area without permission. (If they actually did look at the area to be fenced). Price quoted was highest of all.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD BECAUSE WE WEREN'T HAPPY AT FIRST BECAUSE THERE WEREN'T ENOUGH POSTS THERE TO SUPPORT IT. THEY CAME BACK THE VERY NEXT MORNING TO FIX IT.

HAPPY WITH MY NEW FENCE, WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR FURTHER WORK. COMPANY WAS COURTEOUS AND INSTALLED FENCE ON A TIMELY FASHION. WORKERS WORKED HARD AND EFFICIENT.

I loved the way it looked, they outlined it so perfect and the color was great, it complimented my backyard. It makes my backyard look like a dream!!
