+ -1 moreWe played phone tag for a week. Finally, we had an appointment set up for "after 10am on Thursday." Thursday came and went with no call. I called again on Friday to say we'd be available after 1pm. At about 3:15 I got a call saying he was in the area and would stop by in 15 minutes. He did arrive after 15 minutes and asked, as I greeted him at the front door, if the car in front of the unit was ours. I said it was. He said, "Get someone else to do your job," and walked away. Our car has some political bumper stickers on it. I am making the assumption—in the absence of any other explanation—that these offended him.
Description of Work: He was recommended by the super of our large apartment complex. We had several small non-emergency jobs to do in the kitchen and bathroom.

+ -1 moreHe could not even get my name spelled correctly. He gave me a very high estimate that excluded the main thing I asked for. When I asked him to break down the pricing, thinking I would not be abel to do it all, he grabbed the paperwork from me and stormed off.
Description of Work: I requested a quote for plumbing/renovation work.
