Garrie's customer service is excellent, although we've had them on site three times now to try to eliminate the ant problem. It seems that the quality of the service has varied from one person to the next - some are more thorough than others. That said, they've all be very professional and willing to explain the treatments and services provided. I just wish they'd been a little more aggressive in their pest control approach up front. I would have no issue recommending Garrie but I would advise that any customer be very specific about what they're seeing in the house and what treatment(s) they hope to acquire before going forward.

They come right over if call them for anything, and they're very good.

Garrie Pest arrived on time, was professional and answered my questions. The perimeter of my house was inspected and sprayed and now is less buggy.

Garrie's is great, they set up our appointment back in May 2015 promptly and started treating our home. They had their work cut out for them because we moved into our old victorian home in April of 2015 after it was vacant for over a year, so it was overrun with spiders and carpenter ants. After a couple of treatments we were bug free. I like that I don't even have to think about it and with the Silver package that we upgraded to they come and treat our house every few months without us even needing to call, so our house is just perpetually bug free. It's also nice that the treatments they use are completely pet safe.

Using the money I spent, it was decided to perform the stink bug because that's the problem I was having last season. It worked, no more stink bug around the windows. What a relieve. As for price, I am not sure what it should cost for such treatment. So placed a rating of B.

The salesman (Steve Grossman) was a crook and con artist. They are altering checks, photographing checks and depositing duplicate checks. We are out quite a bit of money. We are currently working with the bank to resolve the situation.

They were excellent and very committed to solving the problem we had! We were having trouble finding the location of the Bees which were somewhere in the walls and Garrie's team came out 3 times to provide assistance. They were extremely prompt each time I called (within 24 hours) and I think the Bees are pretty much gone. I would HIGHLY recommend.

It was good. I give them a B because they would never tell me when they were coming. They came twice to do sales. They were two different people. They didn't coordinate. One guy came and gave me the estimate and I signed all the papers. Somebody else came and say they didn't know. When it came to actually doing the work, they wouldn't call me. They seemed to have a lot of sales people but not too many real workers. It was supposed to be three times and they came twice. I wasn't pleased. The price was fine. They weren't horrible except that I wouldn't renew them.

The exterminator came to the house within hours of me calling them. They came, found the nest behind a downspout, sprayed a pesticide and then killed any wasps that were still in the house. Very knowledgable and helpful. Would hire again.

It went great and I highly recommend them.

So far, no stink bugs this year. This is the third year of having treatments. It's hard to know what the stink bug situation would have been without the service. The past two years there were some despite the service. The company does not promise that I'll never see another one. In 2013, Garrie charged me for supplying and installing air conditioner covers, which they said I needed. I had requested 4 covers but needed only 3 because my tenant removed her AC before they came. Twice I asked for a refund or credit, but I did not get one. In 2014 the service person said he could not re-install the AC covers but would send someone else to do it later. That person never came. This year there was no mention of AC covers.

Great service all around. Cory, the service manager was very thorough and super informative at surveying the house, crawl spaces, small holes, etc. Very knowledgeable and professional, and gave good advice across the board. Chris, the service professional who came to set it all up, was equally informative, thorough, professional, courteous, and efficient. Nice people to work with. Showed up on time (and were able to accommodate my difficult schedule), took care of everything painlessly. Even wore booties inside to protect my floors and carpeting. Glad to be using them.

They sprayed and we are very satisfied.. i m glad we got the annual package becuase they will be back in the fall and spring...
