+ -1 moreLowest price available for COD customer. Only issue was that was promised delivery by end of day, but they ran out of oil before they made it to my house. Oil was delivered the next day, so in the end no big deal.

+ 0 moreI have used them for the past 30 years. They also have done furnace repairs and have replaced a furnace for me. We have a lot of activity with them. I like everything; they are very good company that is very loyal. They do great work, take very good care of their customers and come out at the worst times if I am having problems; especially in the winter if I lose heat; they always come out pretty quick. Their guys are all very professional and timely.
Description of Work: I get my home heating fuel from Eastern Oil Company.

+ -1 moreOverall it went well. The technician took my questions seriously and answered them thoughtfully. He actually advised against getting our furnace relined which a relative had suggested we do since our furnace is old- 1984, maybe 86. Anyway he could have easily said we should and set up an another project for himself and his company - my wife and I would have been none the wiser.
Description of Work: Eastern Oil Co. serviced our oil burner and provided 150 gallons of oil. The technician was polite and got right to work. He was about 45 minutes late which obviously it's perfect but really isn't that bad relative to other service peole who've kept me waiting for hours. They honored the quoted price I got about a week prior on the phone. Please note that by purchasing oil from them you enter into a one year service contract. This isn't good or bad I just thought I should mention this to the consumer. That's standard from other oil co's I contacted before selecting Eastern Oil. We had our chimney cleaned (All American Chimney Sweep) and the chimney guy recommended them as an honest and decent local company.
