+ -1 moreVery pleased with service. I own a couple of houses and Michael is now taking care of all properties. He just installed a new Biasi boiler in one of the houses which has saved me money on oil. You do not even hear it when it is running. Overall great service and guy.
Description of Work: Cleaned boiler and performed efficiency test. A+ service and the boiler is running better than ever. All energy saving recommendations worked out well, especially the new boiler control he installed. Boiler does not run nearly as much as it used too. Very courteous individual and actually cares.
