"This gentlemen requested a price quote on August 22nd at 4pm in the afternoon. Normal turnaround for a Proposal is about a week. Unfortunately my administrative assistant was on vacation and this gentlemen had no patience whatsoever so therefore I typed the detailed proposal myself on August 29th and when I called him that next morning to discuss it he told me that it was 8am in the morning and too early to talk about the work at hand and that we could discuss it later. That turned out to be a falsehood as he then sent me an ungrateful nasty email telling me it was too early to call him and that he did not want to use my services because of my early phone call. This man has no sense of decency and deserves no special consideration whatsoever. As a US Army Veteran I am offended by the way this gentlemen went out of his way to leave me a negative review for simply not being able to provide me him a quote within his arbitrary allotted time frame. He never mentioned he was in a hurry and it’s completely unfair and ingenious for somebody to review me or my hard working men based on a 30 minute meeting where no work whatsoever was performed. Customers who actually use our services find out that we are punctual and do clean, precise, professional electrical work. All this gentlemen managed to do was to waste my time and then insult me and my company."
